super bad service. I bought a package of 4 sixes, emphasizing that I only wanted that package because I was leaving San Diego soon, however they charged me the same the following month. When I went to ask they told me they couldn't refund my money. When I went to resume a new session they told me I couldn't because my time had already expired. They never mentioned that it had an expiration time. I repeat again... Terrible service.

Dr. Jordan made a huge difference in my life. The adjustment I received at The Joint was one of the best I've ever had in the few years I've been coming here. I struggle with chronic pain, and this visit really brought a sense of normalcy back into my life. Jordan was not only professional but also kind and patient. I'm so grateful to Jordan for helping me feel better.

The Joint In Point Loma, I was greeted by a Chiropractic Doctor, picture the handsome guy with dark hair and features from Glee. I explained what I needed, he very professionally told me he would do what he could with what he had to work with in a 15 minute time frame, and it was perfect, I too, told him of my experience with Lyle in Mission Valley, he said-"Oh, that guy applied here, I'm glad we didn't hire him."
I could not have been treated nicer, I will C U Thursday before I go home sir, thanks so very much!

I love the Joint in general, but this location is convenient and every Dr so far has been excellent. I wish it was open Sundays and that you had TVs w Football. I know it’s a lot to ask, but a girl can dream. ?

This place is great not only is the joint a good place to get adjusted but this one is the one I choose to go to because it’s conveniently on the way home from work easy experience quick sign up check in adjustment process. Great customer service from the receptionist to the doctors, I don’t really have anything bad to say about this place. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing! I've seen Dr. Ashley, Dr. Connor, & Dr. Andrew. All were amazing! I came in with limited neck rotation & migraines. I feel completely new. Each visit was a great experience all were very nice & informative, & made sure you were comfortable & left satisfied. I will definitely continue my chiropractic care with them!

Moving every few years, it is always painful trying to find new regular spots. With The Joint, I have never been disappointed in finding a new provider to help maintain my joint health. Having prior back injuries, and a frequent traveler, these offices have offered me consistent and quality care almost everywhere (wish Hawaii had an office!). Convenient, caring and consistent.

Dr. Connor is absolutely amazing and even Speculated that I might have an auto immune issue, only weeks later to be diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis by my primary care. Dr. Connor listened to all of my issues leading up to my office visits and recommended a wellness plan that I adhered to and made all the difference, I highly recommend

Place is a joke. Drove all the way over there and was told they couldn’t see a new patient because there was only one doctor there. The waiting room was completely empty. They advertise walk in only and yet don’t explain “if there is only one doctor”. Won’t ever go to this joke of an establishment again.

Made a drive all the way over here to be told there's only one doctor on staff and that they can't see new patients. There was not one person in the waiting room. Why do you offer walk ins if you can't accommodate someone. Definitely won't ever come to this joke of a place again. What a waste of my time.

Tried this place today and it was awesome! The female doctor I forgot her name I think Joy? she was amazing. She really took time to know what I needed and if I was in pain. After the adjustment, I felt so much better! The other Chiro places I have been, they are always rushing. Unlike here, they really take their time to get you cracked! ??

Great experience here, was coming back from a month out in Alaska backpacking and what not, so was much needed adjustment to get my shoulders, neck and back to feeling back in order. Always a must after traveling or spending a lot of time on flights as well.
