  You need to go with the Jesse, Jeremy, and the Green House Group! I just bought a house and the GHG team was amazing and helped me every step of the way, from showing me properties to an awesome welcome home kit when I got the keys. Jesse and Bella are excellent on the real estate side and Jeremy and Erin made the loan process understandable and easy. And the office manager Lori was great at tying it all together.   It was a pleasure working with the greenhouse group. Jeremy and his team helped me with the purchase of a place in San Diego and they made the entire transaction simple and they were very communicative throughout the entire process. They had a very seamless online experience as well for easy document uploads, and they helped walk me through everything during this transaction.   I am a first time homebuyer and I loved working with Jeremy and Erin. They responded quickly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. If I ever refinance my mortgage, they will be the first people I call.
  
  Working with the realtors was not a good experience. Craig and Jesse are knowledgeable about the San Diego market, however, missed showings, delayed responses, and contract errors made the home buying process very stressful. What drove me to write this review was their response when I asked if the sellers had initiated a repair I thought was included in my contract. Jesse used phrases like “revisionist history,” and asked “our conversations weren’t recorded, right?” and Craig deleted his text messages to me. The issue was that I thought the addendum was an addition to my original repair request. I did not know that the addendum superseded my original repair request. Jesse also said that I must not have read the contract. I did read it, but even if I hadn't, a realtor should discuss the contract with their buyer thoroughly enough so that the buyer isn’t confused about what they signed.
  
  In fact, I caught several errors on past contracts. For example, I told my realtor I would allow free rent back, as the seller requested, but I noticed it was missing from the offer that was prepared. The seller would not have considered my offer without a rent back. The numerous errors on my contracts and my realtor forgetting about private showings that he scheduled made me question how much effort was put into my home purchase.
  
  Furthermore, messages to my realtor were not addressed in a timely manner.
  1) I sent my realtor 4 properties I wanted to see that did not have open houses. He replied saying he would look into it. After 4 days passed without any updates, 2 went pending.
  2) I told my realtor during a showing that I wanted to make an offer. By the time my realtor was ready to put together the contract, the seller had already accepted another offer.
  3) My realtor was out of town during my 7 day inspection contingency period. I asked if I should hold off on communicating until he was back or if I should work with other team members at the office while he was away. I would have been ok with either option because I wanted to be respectful of his time off, but he assured me that he would still be working. When I texted my realtor to discuss the inspection report, he texted me back 5 days later at 8pm saying he was available. At this point we were already a day PAST the contingency deadline. I am not sure why my realtor suggested I put a 7 day inspection contingency in my contract when he knew he would not be working. If I had known, I would have made the contingency 8 days to accommodate his travel plans and avoid upsetting the sellers by missing the deadline. After I provided feedback about these delays, Jesse told me “some people just have different communication styles” and Craig deleted his text messages to me.
  
  Even though Craig knows more about construction than the average realtor, I thought it was strange that he wanted to put things like a missing sink stopper and leaky tub diverter in my repair requests, but he didn’t think I should include compressed insulation, which I later found out cost thousands to replace. I would not recommend relying on advice from the GreenHouse Group, especially for first time buyers who are not familiar with home maintenance.
  
  I enjoyed working with the mortgage side of the GreenHouse Group, but can’t say the same for the realtors. I felt it was dishonest of my realtor to delete his text messages to me and unreasonable to tell me that it is normal to take 4 to 5 days to respond in a hot market like San Diego.

  I recently used The Greenhouse Group for the sale of my condo in San Diego. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and hands-on involvement from start to finish from Jesse and the entire team.
  
  The team made the process very easy for me especially considering I was not physically located in San Diego. At the beginning we discussed cost/benefit ideas in preparation for listing. The team managed all aspects of the staging and photography for the condo, which made the condo look fantastic (see pictures attached). We reviewed the listing price in depth and came to an agreement that led to the condo being under contract in less than a week at 99% of list price. During the under contract to close process the team made my life easy by managing all aspects. The team even quickly produced an alternative solution to a potential deal killer in the 11th hour that saved the deal.
  
  I would use Greenhouse again for any future real estate transactions. Lastly, I think a very nice personal touch the firm does is sending a few video messages throughout the process from team members to build a stronger relationship with the client.

  At a most difficult time in my life ( the passing of my wife) Jesse and the entire GreenHouse Group team were nothing short of compassionate, supportive, and above all professional. I couldn't believe how seamless the whole selling process was. If there were any issues ( which I'm sure there was) all I saw was the ducks on the pond. The GreenHouse Group is definitely a fine tuned machine/family. The staff was available 24/7. I had numerous interactions with Bella, who even answered her phone while in Hawaii on vacation, she is truly a dedicated and caring individual. I would highly recommend Jesse and the entire GreenHouse Group family for your next move in life!

  My husband and I had reached the season in our lives where we were looking to downsize from our two story house to a one story.
  
  For 35 years, we dreamed of one day living by the beach where we could have close access to the water, stroll on the boardwalk and have enough space to invite friends & family over!
  
  Since we had never sold a home before, we had very little idea of what to expect within the current real estate market. Our son & daughter both used the Green House Group to sell and buy their homes and spoke very highly of their experiences.
  
  Though there were many highs & lows of selling & buying a house in the current San Diego real estate market, Craig & Jesse showed such professionalism and care throughout the whole journey.
