My MeetUp Fun Diego Ladies group did volunteer work here earlier this evening for the Days for Girls Rancho Penasquitos Team. This is a volunteer group established by the ladies of this church and the volunteer events are held within the gymnasium of the church. We partnered with the "San Diego Volunteers - Give Back & Get Back" group and the Days for Girls group for a volunteer event to assemble period kits for women and girls in less developed countries. It was disheartening to learn that girls and women in less fortunate countries don't have this every day necessity that we take for granted. I was one of the ladies in charge of sewing earlier this evening. I love attending this church! Everyone is so genuinely caring and interested. I learn so much every week from the talks given by the members. I especially love the Gospel class when we study from the scriptures. Virtually every talk and ever lesson and every discussion is centered around Jesus Christ - which I love!

We moved here a few years ago and starting attending this church. There is a spirit of reverence in the Sunday meetings. I feel happier when I attend church with my family.

I'm always glad I went when attending church here. I leave happier, feel better, and want to be better after church services. Whether Sunday services, choir performances, service opportunities, even the 5K Fun Run - so many great options to participate in! Great Christian people living what they believe.

One summer this church put on a trek for the teenagers and send them up into the hill country of central California to experience what the pioneers would have experienced. It gave them a chance to understand sacrifice and how they couldn’t make it without each other. It was a great opportunity for the kids to understand relationships in society today. I highly recommend going here to find out more
