I got a money order for my mother for my birthday, and I was having a really hard time here in San Diego trying to find a place that would actually cash a western union money order. When I walked in the store, both tenants were very kind and greeted me, but the one who help me was Elizabeth. She was so great. I didn’t even have to say anything about what kind of problem I was having with the chick she took it into her own hands and literally did exactly what her job required of her. It was very admirable, and I was very grateful for the effort and the extra attention that she had put towards making sure that my check was cashed that day. Thanks to them I was able to get my moms hard earned money for a gift!

Do not give these people your business. I was told on the phone by a Supervisor that I should go get on state assistance instead of doing business with them. I will be trying to contact the owner. I'm not going to let this go. That was so wrong and degrading.

Made me give all my information ÷ my SS# waited 30 minutes. Then told couldn't cash check because my phone # isn't on company website. Feel like I got scammed.

you guys really need to update your hours on your website if you're not open on Saturday people are literally driving up to these places along with me in like seven other people and the place isn't open. Edit the hours on your website to show covid hrs. People do conduct business on Saturdays because they work during the week.

I've been coming here for eons. Used to just pay utilities here for convenience. I've cashed checks here and have been given the best service ever. Usually Sylvia is the clerk who helps me out, she's AWESOME. I've not ever received bad service here. They have a loyalty program and it's changed throughout the time I've been coming here and while it's going to take me longer to earn a free service, it allows everyone an opportunity for a discounted service instead. It's a better customer service opportunity to offer a discount on each visit, I just choose to save up for a free service.

Terrible service. This place is a scam and they lie when you connect them about information. I wasn't for sure if the computer was slow and that's why my deposit wasn't showing up but I just spoke to someone at the bank and they told me my checks have been ready for a while. I'm hoping the bank can contact the owner of this business seeming they heard the employee there lie while I had them on a three way call.

I get that it's a business and you need to make money but charging $20 for a check that is less that $1,000 is ridiculous. Won't be seeing me again.

This place has horrible service, the employee all have bad attitudes and won't even cash basic checks. The website claims they cash personal checks but they don't. Place is a SCAM!!!
