Worst customer service ever!!! The guy starts yelling at me because i couldn’t understand what he was trying to explain to me. We had questions about taxes and he gave us an attitude and yelled!!!!

i dropped off my papers and they said it would take about 2 weeks, haven't heard from them for 3 months. they lost my w2, made me pay full price, and made me wait 3 hours and i came earlier in the day. this place never has parking and is cash only. didn't make people wear their face masks. has conversations with customers instead of doing his job. workers take off their masks all the time. workers have no sense of urgency. very messy and dirty. i only went here bc my parents go here but HIGHLY DO NOT recommend.

Do not come here ! This guy is extremely unprofessional and rude. I dropped my paperwork there for over 2 weeks for him to get them done. Came back the other day and he still hadn't gotten to them ! When I came I had to wait another 4 hours. I got fed up and asked to have my paperwork back so that I can go somewhere else. As he was giving my paperwork back he makes rude and inappropriate remarks under his breath. He had the nerve to say that he did not care if I was his customer or not. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service ! He was also scolding his employees in front of me and other customers that were waiting. Just another warning to never come here.

Do not go here! He is very unprofessional. He is rude and he would yelled at his employees in front of everybody. Not only to them but so to customers just because we don't understand certain things, he would get up on you.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star something sketchy is going on, my mom has been going to this sad excuse for a business for years and now that I'm older to look at her paperwork and I'm able to comprehend taxes and financing and the numbers ain't adding up chief. I finally convinced her to switch to "San Diego Taxman" (if anyone needs a new tax accountant go to them ) and the experience is 1000% better and we got our return in less than a week. I highly suggest you guys take your files and RUN away from this guy. I am sure he is taking advantage of people in the Vietnamese community. The IRS needs to investigate this establishment for malpractice.

After waiting 5 hours I finally got my taxes filed. Charged me $100 and all he got me was a $95 return. Huge scam. Go file somewhere else where they can actually get you a return that's actually accurate. Never been more disappointed in my life.

this place has a horrible rating for a reason. called on Thursday asking what time they open, young lady states 9am. Friday 10:30am place still closed. do not waste your time. if you have all the patience in the world and have plenty of time to waste, get your taxes done here.

Been doing my taxes here for as long as I could remember working. Never an issue and always willing to answer any questions I have. He will take care of you. Come drop off your taxes and let him know when you want to come pick them up and he will let you know if the time frame requested is possible.

Worse service ever. Drop paper work off come back make appt and you still have to wait 2 to 4 hrs. No customer service only takes cash. Also noticed a trend if your not asain he will make you wait longer
