If I had a chance to rate with negative number, I would. The company will lure into 3 year contract, then after 3 year expire, quietly, without any notification, automatically renew for another year. Automatic renewal is not spelled out in contract, but rather hidden in online "Terms and Conditions". Every other company I've ever worked with would send you warning at least month in advance. Stay away from this company.

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. The worst phone experience I have had. I had a 30 year old AT&T system that was more reliable than the one they installed. Sales person made promises and never followed through. I have had dropped call issues going on a year and they can't figure it out and it's with another one of their clients. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have been stuck with this god-forsaken company for almost a year. To anyone considering using this company, turn around and RUN AWAY as fast as you can. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Their service is horrible. They promise you steady internet speeds at all times, but that is not what actually happens. They kill you with their phone service fees, for example, if you have call forwarding to a different number, they charge you for all of the minutes of the call that was forwarded to a different number (they never explain this to you when they are selling you this service). Their fees per mb of bandwidth is outrageous. I pay almost $350/month for a measely 3 mb. They told me that this would be adequat for my needs - NOT!! They then try to upsell you on more MB's. Check out all the negative ratings. These are the TRUE reviews. This company and this service SUCKS - be forewarned for anyone considering using them.

I have been in this industry for years and competed against them all the time and they were always in the running and have very notable high end customers in every business sector such as YELP, Tesla, In & Out Burger, McDonald's, K1 Speed, etc. and I made the switch years ago to come and work for this organization and it's a top notch company with top notch customer experience.. What you read on the internet is usually negative especially in our industry, but I needed to give my two cents. Don't believe the negative hype...we have over 40K customers and grown over 60 straight quarters of growth...the proof is in the pudding!

#1 REASON TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TELEPACIFIC: THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE DIRT.The feild techs/service professionals are absolutely great at their jobs and I was shocked to hear that many have not gotten a raise in over 5 years!! (But of course the CEO got a HUGE bonus- i researched it). Aside from that, the phone service may ususally be stable, but the data is NOT. I have been on the phone w tech support and literally being lied to by the person telling me "she sees full services as I am real-time looking at speed tests showing less than half the service paid for!! ...guess there is a reason they are cheaper than most...

Can I give no stars? This organization has some good people but lousy leaders as the troops are limited or not able to assist you when you need it most...my Account Manager's Supervisor said she was "not responsible" to help me with a billing issue that was caused by TPX, I had to call their billing department. It seems there definition of account management doesn't include actually assisting their clients with problems....

We have been using this company for several years. They were very responsive but once the contract was signed for increased capacity they were nowhere to be found. Our sales representative seemed Ill-informed and distracted. Repeated calls and emails went unanswered. We are doing the research to find another solution and now realize we can save hundreds of dollars by going direct to AT&T versus this third-party provider. Had they at least had the decency to to work with us, answer emails or phone calls and give the illusion that they care we may have been able to work out a deal but if you don't answer an email, don't respond to a phone call you know the situation will never get better.

Worst customer service experience. I want out now.... Internet is slower due to an increase in reps at my office. I keep calling and emailing for an upgrade with no answer. I've been leaving messages and emailing them for the last 2.5 weeks. I want out.

it's really too bad there is no negative stars to give them. We're tying to put in call center software and it's been a nightmare! we're on our 4th week of a 3 day job! Non-responsive, finger pointing, non professional, would be describe their service. So today............. we continue to wait while our call center is same as ever. My Advice...........STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Telepacific pulled a bait and switch on us. We specifically requested a FiberOptic solution and signed a contract reflecting that. When it came to install, they started pulling copper lines and we canceled our agreement with them because that wasn't what we wanted. Without any warning they immediately charged us a full year of service and threatened legal action if we didn't pay over 12k. We settled with them to avoid the legal fees, but it doesn't change the fact that this sleazy company hid behind their "Terms and Condidtions" that was not included in the contract in justification for these exorbitant costs. They did not provide a day of service with us, but yet were able to weasel out thousands of dollars because they decided to change the contract. I hate this company with a passion and will never recommend them to anyone again. STEER CLEAR and DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with them.

I am a commercial user in a company with over fifty employees. With Telepacific, my bill is 1/3 the cost of my previous provider. The service has been perfect, and customer service from my account representative is exceptional. Everything is as promised. I am a happy customer.

I agree with other customers. I had to pay more than 3000 dollars to break contract since service was poor. After a few months I got charged 1000 for a part that I returned and have not received a refund for that yet, it has been 4 months!Stay away from them!!
