Every time it rains this company blames AT&T and the rain! Its your equipment not the rain! No one else in our building has down phone lines.

Worst customer service experience. I want out now.... Internet is slower due to an increase in reps at my office. I keep calling and emailing for an upgrade with no answer. I've been leaving messages and emailing them for the last 2.5 weeks. I want out.

telepacific has made it incredibly difficult to port a number--it is four weeks and over 14 hours (so far) and no port of the business line possible **AVOID**
