I ordered some furniture from here a few years ago and was really impressed with the quality and how well they’ve held up so we went back to get a few more to complete our backyard project this year. Love the different styles they offer and the price point compared to the other places we researched. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for high quality modern outdoor pieces.

We bought some steamer chairs and side tables from the Teak Warehouse. These chairs were based on the design of the chairs on the titanic. Really high quality wood and metal components that weather well, and the outdoor fabric cushions have been stain resistant through the winter season and super comfy.Impressed by the high quality and the modern design of their selection. Excellent customer service too, I would definitely go back!

The shopping experience was simple and fast online. I had some family visiting for the upcoming holiday so I was hoping to pickup the furniture as soon as possible. So I called the staff onsite and asked if it would be available the day after I made the purchase online. They said the furniture piece assigned to me was in LA and wouldn’t be in San Diego until the Monday after the holiday weekend. But the sales agent, Brian, made some calls and through coordination with multiple parties, found a way to acquire the same bar set I ordered. I was able to pickup the furniture piece later that afternoon and use it with my family during the holiday. Thanks Brian, for going above and beyond to find a solution that worked for everyone involved.

We went to buy a teak bench, prices are pretty high compared to other places. We ended up choosing what we wanted and went to order it. The moment we decided to use their overpriced delivery service the salesman's attitude changed dramatically which we decided just to ignore. 3 weeks later when we came to pick up the bench the salesman barely agreed to help me lift the bench and put it in my car (it is a big bench but not too heavy for two people), he mentioned of course this is what they have delivery service and left before the bench was appropriate in the car. One of the worst services I had ever had to face.

We bought a patio table and chairs in 2020. It HAD a grey finish. After it rained I dried it off with a big towel. After a while I noticed that the finish was coming off. I thought that maybe it was part of the look that the table was supposed to get over time. Well now its been 3 years outside and if I wipe down the table to dry it the finish wipes off. I contacted customer service and they implied that I used a pint stripper to try and refinish the table. NOPE! This is how it looks but they clearly don't believe me. There is nothing I can do but try and refinish it now. This is all rain damage that should not happen like this. UPDATE: Two days after submitting my review, a very nice customer service person from Teak Warehouse contacted me. They were very concerned about the finish coming off and ended up sending me a special stain that they recommend I use to make the table look new again. I will try it this weekend and post picture as to how it turned out! Thanks for good customer service Teak Warehouse! UPDATE #2 So I just finished putting one coat of Golden Care on the table. WOW! It looks brand new! I am completely amazed. Take a look at the pictures. Thanks for your help Teak Warehouse! I am updating my rating to 5 stars.

Same quality as west elm or pottery barn just 25 percent more of the cost. The person working at the store was not interested in helping anyone at the store. He left the sign up that he was on lunch and did not speak to us about why we should buy there. Don’t waste your time stopping at this store

Very pleased with the quality, we live near the beach so weather is a consideration. The delivery was taking longer than expected, so I called and were able to move up our delivery date.

Update: I talked to someone higher up at Teak Warehouse not long after posting the original review, and I was very quickly set up to receive replacement tables within 2 weeks, and even offered a free accessory if I wanted. The new tables look much better and I'm hoping they will not have the same issues as the original tables.

Love the furniture, but shipping and customer service departments are frustrating to deal with. The sales team has always been pleasant. We've bought from Teak Warehouse several years ago as well, and had shipping issues/delays on that order as well. The latest order was a worse experience due to damage on some of the furniture delivered. The cushions delivered had damage to the fabric - a stray sewn line right across the top of both pieces (different chairs). When I unwrapped the plastic off the cushions (after the delivery guys left), I saw it immediately. Jaden acknowledged that their entire batch in the color we ordered had the same mistake. My wife tried resolving with Jaden but he wouldn't respond to her on the damaged chairs.

We placed a large purchase for a dining table, chairs, sectional and 2 small tables. In less than a week, the wood on top of both small tables began to split apart. The store says they will replace any furniture that is defective. I emailed the manager with a description and pictures within a week of seeing the issues. First I was told that I had to bring the items back to the store to get a replacement (about a 1.5-2 hr drive one way). Since the tables were defective, I asked that they come to pick them up, and they said they would, whenever they had a delivery near my area. I heard nothing. I went back and forth via email for nearly a year. The last thing I heard was that they would send me some different replacement tables, and would send me potential items to look at via email. But that email was never received. I feel like I have been very patient, but it is clear that the store has no intention of honoring their commitment to replacing defective items. The tables have continued to get worse, and are now essentially trash, unless I want to put even more money into having the tables repaired and refinished. Several hundred dollars down the drain. The dining table and chairs are nice and have held up well. The outdoor sectional sofa is comfortable, but the gray color on the wood comes off even with a very light rain.

As a board member of an HOA, I have purchased product from Teak Warehouse for the common areas of our condominium complex. The furniture has direct exposure to the beach and the challenging elements of that environment. Years later the furniture has performed well and still looks new. I found the staff to be very helpful and responsive. I recently visited their new location in LA, which has a very large selection of products and is a beautiful place to shop.

ordered a table in late may, order was processed and paid sooner after, request was made to have table by july 4th weekend. no guarantee was made, but was told every attempt would be made to have it to us by then. they in fact shipped it out quickly. once it arrived was contacted by their shipping company(american west) and was told we would have to wait a couple weeks before they were "in our area". needless to say, we did not have table in time. so today i called to give them a heads up that perhaps they should reconsider their shipping vendor. the table shouldn't be sitting in their warehouse. the woman i spoke to told me that maybe she can call and get it there a day or so sooner, but that was it. i suggested they partially refund my $800 shipping cost. she said she would absolutely not do that. i remained cordial and calm but she however felt it appropriate to JUST HANG UP ON ME! in all the years i've been talking to customer service representatives, i have never had one hang up on me, especially after having spent $4000. fingers crossed the table will make up for the appalling experience i had with their employee.

Here is a $3,000 outdoor teak table that lasted 6 months, as you can see there was a concealed prior repair that we didn’t notice when we received. Now I have no choice but to hire a finish carpenter and redo the entire table as TW will not respond to any of my emails. They have beautiful stuff as this is not my first time shopping there, just beware of manufacturing defects and the fact that “there is NO warranty” on any products. Good luck!

Bought the bench via the website and had it shipped to our home in NJ. Great quality material and workmanship. Terrific customer service. Will shop online with them for all our outdoor furniture needs.
