I have been going to this Target for over 25 years. I will not be returning ever again. The high pitched beeping alarms on the security devices in the Ulta section is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unpleasant. It is audible through half the store. I was not able to finish my shopping. I brought the issue up with two employees and received nothing but a bunch of excuses. Apparently, it happens all the time, I was told. The cashier was dismissive, condescending, and invalidated my concern by claiming that she hasn't heard many complaints. Okay, cool. What is your point, does my complaint not count because it's the first time *you've* heard it? Also, I don't buy that for a second, you lying old bitty. Not even a fake polite customer-servicey apology. They weren't interested in addressing it and basically just shrugged their shoulders. "Oh yeah, that happens, we just got to go silence them." -- Okay, well then do that, now, that needs to be a priority. The employees DGAF. If you or someone you love has SENSORY SENSITIVITY, DO NOT walk into this building. Inexcusable. Their atrociously apathetic response to the issue makes this a one star review. If it were just for the beeping alarms, it would be three stars, but your employees' attitudes knock it down to one.HERE is how it should have been handled: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we apologize. I'm sure that was quite uncomfortable, we will address the situation right away." Easy peasy. Step up your customer service training.

Target is seriously the bomb. They've got everything under the sun, from trendy clothes and awesome deals to a wide variety of products. Plus, their customer service is always on point. It's like a one-stop shop for all your needs, and the deals are just too good to pass up!

Marco in tech department extremely rude to my wife and I. Got on his his phone as we walked up. My wife had serious surgery and on walker. It was 3-4 minutes until he finished. He saw us standing there and ignored us. He finally got off his phone and said"yes?". Told him we needed help with the phone she bought there. Said there was no manual with it when she got it home and could she get one. He told her they were not a Consumer store and she would have to go on Google to get info on setting up her phone!!! Really!!?? I asked to see the manager and he said he was the dept supervisor!! Would not get store mgr for us. Will never shop at Target again!! Talked to friends who had shopped at Target and had similar experiences!!

If you are buying almost any electronic, be prepared to wait an hour for the employee to unlock the case. Usually theres only one employee tending the electronics section/line, management needs to step it up.

Many times, when items I want/need that are not on the shelves, often times I can have them shipped (free shipping/handling, items are not) to my home. They have a two day shipping. They didn't have my vitamins on the shelves so I'm having them delivered. Also, I forgot lint rollers (up and up brand) and candles ( I didn't really need to, but I do use).Shopping at Target is so different from now than how I used to shop. Instead of wandering around, looking at everything, I just go in and out as quickly as possible. This location is not the closest one to me but I'd rather go here than Mission valley.

Great place but I tried to make online order for delivery but the delivery fees and minimum order cost it’s really expensive , that’s makes me I have no choice to go by myself and pick it up , witch is harder

Returns here are quick and easy. The customer service counter is great. I'm more likely to shop at Target than other places because they really make the returns so easy. Just make sure to enter your phone number when you buy anything. Then, in order to return, you just really need to have your phone number and they can look up the receipt.

A really organized and clean store. Less busy than I thought it would be which let me shop around more and not be hurrying.

I was absolutely appalled by the shopping experience at this Target location, particularly in the alcohol section. It's mind-boggling that they consistently have only one cashier on duty when there are clearly four available cashier stations. The result? An excruciating average wait time of a staggering 15 minutes! This blatant disregard for customer convenience is simply unfathomable. It's as if they're actively trying to make shopping there a frustrating ordeal. I strongly urge Target to reevaluate their staffing strategy and allocate more cashiers to the alcohol section, because subjecting customers to such prolonged wait times is not only infuriating but also inexcusable in this day and age.

The store is nice but there are constantly people outside the store every day asking you to donate, sign something, or sell something. The store does nothing about. They interrupt your own conversations to get you to do something for them. I generally go to the other one on Othello because this is such an annoyance.

I rarely shop target, due to the interactions I had when an employee. I know the ins and outs of the company and it’s sad…very hard working employees who don’t get the recognition they deserve and need. But this last shopping experience was weird…why so many employees in the store yet no one speaks to the guest? Target, allow your employees the time to say hi without fear of reprimand for getting behind in one of the thousand tasks you have them doing.
