Jan was great! I came in having issues with my previous phone. While those issues couldn't be fixed, he talked me through all the different ways that T-mobile could help me. I ended up getting a new phone, and he even talked to me about the different devices. The transition was smooth and easy. I really appreciated all his help.

We went in to the shop to get a second opinion and possibly get a phone service since we were told that we couldn’t get T-mobile service with our son’s iPhone purchased overseas by an associate at another T-mobile shop. The gentleman in this shop looked at it and didn’t see any issue so we successfully got the T-mobile military plan that we wanted. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided a great customer service. Thank you so much! We definitely recommend this shop!

Patrick at T-Mobile was so helpful in getting our bricked old phone working again, and he was also able to sell us a new Samsung Galaxy, and transfer over all of our apps too and it all works great on the new phone too!

Alvin was amazing! He set me up with a brand new plan that was significantly cheaper than what I was paying on AT&T. He was patient and receptive towards how I was feeling about paying over 300 dollars for 4 lines. Thank you so much for all your hard work and your commitment to helping customers!

I was sent home internet without a cord or a SIM card for whatever reason, and I had called before to see what I could do and was told I could do an exchange however when I went to the store the person who was helping me was extremely rude, not just to me but to the person before me as well. I understand working customer service can be frustrating especially when there’s difficult customers or a language barrier but I was patient and friendly yet was met with hostility simply because I didn’t understand what he was trying to do. I guess I wasn’t saying the right things on the phone with customer care, again he did not explain to me anything that was happening. Extremely unprofessional. The other workers in the store were very nice and friendly, even offered me a chair because I had been waiting for a while. I don’t know if this guy was having a bad day but it was uncalled for. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I would never talk to someone like that especially if they’re trying to make your job easier and cooperating! 3 stars because the big boss & other person in the store were nice :-) do better! be kind!

Arrogant customer service. I won’t go back here again. He was sleepy and not at all interested to help us. He seems like he doesn’t care. He thought I was there to buy T-Mobile service for free. I hope store manager or T-Mobile customer service please look into it. I would prefer AT&T for sure if I get service like this.

I've had problems with my phone charging port for a while and the people at T-Mobile were able to help quickly with great customer service. Khang in particular was a great help. He walked me through the issues my phone had and went through multiple different methods to fix it, even informing me how to fix it in the future if I have the same problem again.

I went here because I need help with my phone everytime I called my number it connected to my other phone. Which so I went to T-Mobile after they went through my phone they are like we need the member here and stuff. And to call customer service. I figured it out once I got home 5 minutes into my phone call settings. I just had to click everything to off. And I'm like couldn't they figure this out. So I'm giving you a 1 star because how do tech people not help with problems. Maybe hire me at least ill help more than just 10 minutes call customer service. Idiots working here.

Lexy was fabulous! Her knowledge of the various phones is phenomenal. She worked with us for over 4 hours and she never wavered from providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend this T-mobile store!

Came here for help closing two lines and transferring one to a new plan. After being told the 2 lines were closed and the one number has been transferred, i assume everything is squared away. 2 months later my credit card is still being charged for the "closed lines" (total of $220) and I can't log into my account since those lines are no longer under my current plan. So i have a credit card stuck on autopay for 2 phone lines i don't use!!!!!!! the employees here tried to help but everything just went the opposite direction for the worst. i hate t-mobile

A highly recommended T-Mobile store to all. The customer service provided at this location is simply the best in every aspect. Patrick O explained, and wrote down for us in detail, all the discounts and promotions that T-Mobile currently had to offer. We purchased two iPhones, two I watches, as well as all kinds of accessories, which were all installed professionally in the store for us. We also transferred two lines of service to T-Mobile. They also made the boxes, and printed the post office labels for shipping our trade in phones. Overall, from Chuck the store manager, Alexis the associate manager to Patrick O, James and Khang, you will experience the customer support of a friendly and knowledgeable team at it’s best.

Only got 2 employees working there, after waited 15 minutes, they told me to go to a another location 15 minutes away, since I’ll have to wait 30 mins there. They only had 2 customers! Very slow.

My cousin's iPhone 14's charging cord failed after 4 months. We went to store where he bought it to exchange but was told we have to return it to Apple since their store doesn't cover warranty, but, they are willing to sell us a new one for $20. Holy crap!
