While waiting for breakfast at Kona's (which, by the way, offers great food, large portions, and excellent service - highly recommended), some of our party and children were waiting outside, Swinging and Things , hoping to get patio seating to view the ocean while eating our breakfast. The owner of this location decided to take it upon himself to come out of the store and aggressively talk to one of my kids (5 years old) who had been touching the gumball machine outside of the store. When I confronted the gentleman, he proceeded to tell me that if I wasn't going to discipline my child, someone needed to ????. This is an unacceptable response and treatment towards myself and my kids. I can't say much about this location as a place to buy things, but the experience with the owner would never make me purchase even a piece of gum from this establishment. 2/18/24

Rented bikes this week here from Todd - he was very welcoming and helpful! Gave us a lot of tips on where to ride, great bikes and even a nice touch of waters when we returned the bikes! Definitely recommend and would visit again if in the area.

Very hospitable and warm people, they gave us cold water bottles for free after we rode their bikes. They make you feel very welcome, and overall just really friendly people. Highly recommend them if you want to rent bikes :)

We have bought items here for years. They also do bike rentals. Darryl helped us out with the brakes on our bike a few days ago. Darryl, Todd and others who work there are always awesome. Their spinning balloons, animals and other gifts are one of a kind, if you are looking for a beach themed gift. It's right next to the Crystal Pier and a helps make Pacfiic Beach a wonderful slice of paradise!

Each time we have stayed at pacific beach we go here for our bike rentals. Prices beyond affordable and the guy (owner) is a gem. He’s so nice and helped today with my seat on my own personal bike. He is beyond sweet, happy and so positive and willing to please his customers. I highly recommend going to his shop on your visit to pacific beach. You’ll be happy you did. He also has many other things in his store such as hats, sandals, signs etc. People like him make your trip even more special and memorable

I came with 3 people and has 2 ?. Came here to rent 1 ? and end up being my other bike was falt?. The guy from the store was very nice to us, i asked him for a ? pump to put air.. He was so helpful . He was afraid my bike wasn't going to get far so he let me borrow one of his. I still rented a ? from him and had a good time...all THANKS TO HIM?. GOOD PERSON . GOOD VIBES . I LOVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS, especially on these hard times?.
