I have been going to Supercuts a few years by now. My stylist is Lauren and I always look for her. Once I feel comfortable with a stylist, I like to keep the continuity or the relationship. I have never been disappointed: she is good, fast, quality and cares. Communication is of the essence and I find it easy to let her know my needs. Once there is clarity about that, then it makes it easier for the future times... but I always remind her of what "we" do because I expect she styles so many in the interim, that one may forget. Life is a two way street - and communication is always helpful.
I recommend Supercuts highly. I trust them and their online communication has just been upgraded so this way we can make appointments for the same day or the next day and it gives you the names of the available stylists for that day!

Rude. I told them I didn’t want my entire head soaking wet and they told me she had no other choice. I didn’t let her soak my entire head with water. She said my hair was “too thick” ? prejudice much? I have had the best hair cuts with minimal water from a spray bottle because it’s not like you need to soak my entire head under a sink to give me an even hair cut. You’re just inexperienced in cutting brown hair. Literally. She was white too. Makes sense why she would suggest something so absurd. I left immediately. Do not go here if you’re POC. They’ll mess up your hair.

Super rude girls working. The point is to get a cut but somehow they made me feel stupid for wanting to get a cut. Weird flex, but ok. I left.

Isabel was wonderful! She made sure to ask questions to get a full understanding of what I wanted for my cut and she was super helpful in suggesting products for the concerns that I had with my hair.

i went in and told them i wanted the hair out of my eyes but instead Kassie cut my hair so short and it made me look like i had a bowl cut. i just wanted her to cut off a little bit of hair but yet i feel like she just chopped my hair of. it used to look so good but now it doesn't anymore.

Not too shabby for a walk in on a Saturday right before the New Year. I called ahead and asked if A simple shampoo. Got there and didn’t wait too long. Lauren gave my purple hair a great shampoo, she was friendly and the other stylist on the floor also demonstrated awesome customer service.

Walked in for a shampoo and wait time was not to long, a couple days before New Years. Lauren did my wash and was very nice and professional. Didn't make me feel bad for having a little bit of bed head lol aka knots. Also made me feel comfortable as I've gone into other places and people usually make rude comments about my purple hair "bleeding". Definitely going back when I'm in the area.

I stopped in to discuss what I wanted to do with my hair. The person doing check-in initially told me that they don't take appointments. But then when I explained what I wanted done - a little bit of coloring - she she said, "Oh well, we do take appointments for that sort of thing." She pulled out some binder and asked me what time I wanted to come in. I requested Tuesday at 11 o'clock. It looked like she wrote it down, and then I said, "Tuesday at 11 o'clock." She said yes. I showed up today, Tuesday, at 11 o'clock, and the person working there had no idea what I was talking about. No appointment written down any book, again reiterating that they don't take appointments and don't even do that sort of thing anyway. What a waste of my time. I'm never going here again.
