I love this car wash! The music they play is great for all generations and helped working on my car more enjoyable and I appreciate the coverings to keep the sun out and the air for your tires at each stall, and the help were very friendly. This will definitely be my car wash from now on!

This car wash scratched my rim! 05.31.24
I followed the correct way to file a claim the next day and I had to email them again 06.11.24 asking to see if my claim was even being looked at yet, over week later. At first I was getting the run around from two different customer reps and they were both answering my claim about my scratched rim! Teddy first asked me "So that we can be certain that you received this initial email we cordially ask that you reply back with confirmation of receipt." I replied "I'm not sure how I would proceed with a confirmation receipt? I go through the car wash weekly at least with automatic license plate entry and automatic payment for membership. What would be our next step?" Literally makes no sense to even ask for "email confirmation receipt" like what does that even mean? Then later another customer rep Stephanie answered my claim asking me for the same thing. So I forwarded her the same email thread I sent to Teddy. I just hate working with unorganized customer service, it doesn't make you feel at ease that I am going to be taken care of. The car wash is clearly the one who scratched my rim, because I drive an expensive car they do not want to expense the funds for me too care of getting my rim fixed! I don't see how they can make such a quick judgment call within 19 hours per my last email with photos and complaining about getting the run around that I get quick Denied claim. I was never asked any questions regarding this incident such as which rim was damaged! Its very apparent the spot that is scratched is from a machine not from an anything else! Do NOT TRUST SUPERSTAR CAR WASH with your car!

Got here right before they closed. Saw a car go through right before me, but for whatever reason I was denied the wash. Will try again and adjust review accordingly. Bad experience so far.

Somehow I messed up my acct but Jordan helped me fix it.
This place is amazing, very clean, everything you need to make your car shine, don't feel rushed. Excellent price better than any car wash service.

($49 Total First Month) Regular Price for a "$10/mo unlimited car Wash" that is actually $20.95
The sad part is that I'm sure there are plenty of morons out there that will gladly fall for their gimmick. That's awesome...!

Got the cheapest wash and it didn’t really clean my exterior. The front, top and back are all still dirty… the more expensive washes will, I’m assuming, clean the areas I’ve listed.

Such a great car wash, really convenient, clean, the vacuums are very powerful, and all the staff are so great and helpful! Excellent customer service and my car came out sparkling!
