I’m an SD local and I pride myself in our cities people. Today I met someone here named Dunkin who not only went above and beyond with his costumer service representation and gave me all the relevant information I needed to know about my board. He also did all the hands on work (uninstalling my grip tape, installing a new one, taking out my old bearings and installing new ones). The process took some time and had some challenges but in all that process he still managed to keep up a good conversation and be an all around great person. Props to you Dunkin.

I came to this store knowing I wanted clothes, when I came in I was overwhelmed with how much options there were! Antonio helped me pick out my outfits, spent his time making sure everything was to par and to my liking! 5 star review for-sure thanks Antonio!

We dropped in on Tuesday to look around and asked one of the guys advice how to get a stripped nut off of my daughter’s skateboard. We had the board in the car so Kelley and Antonio spent valuable time getting the nut off and fixing my kid’s board. They were kind and talked skating with my girl the whole time. They shared skate spots and were sincerely kind.

Super helpful staff, we tried on several wetsuits to rent, it all worked out great.They have beach sun tents and skateboards, bikes, you can rent everything here.

The store has changed, and not for the better. I spent 13 years in retail sales and customer service should be a priority. I was looking at the lightweight, patchwork and stitched blanket/throws from India. They were plentiful and each was rolled up and stacked; all had security tags but none had a price. I finally opened one up and searched all four edges, still no tag. No signs were posted. Finally had to find a sales rep and ask the price. I then asked why they were not tagged or there was no sign. The clerk then popped a hip and said if you can't find a price then you come and find one of us. The attitude was dripping with condescension. In this economy we need to know the price without needing to hunt for a clerk and we certainly don't need an attitude if you are expecting us to part with our hard earned money.

Fun selection of chill and relaxing clothing, accessories, swimwear, and board rentals. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. There was a nice, large parking lot which I'm not certain is fee based or not(we were renting, so close enough and very fortunate to walk).

Great selection of clothing and shoes. This store is located in a convenient location right off the boardwalk. The staff is very helpful which always makes for a successful shopping trip.

We always stop in here when we go to the beach. The staff is always friendly and the clothes are cool. Large selection.
