I can't believe I haven't written a review previously in the 5 years I have been seeing Amber Marshall. When I tell you I leave her chair feeling like a princess every time, it's an understatement. Her attention to detail and ability to transform my hair every time I see her is unmatched. She truly is a balayage goddess and masters "lived in color" each time. I will be in her chair for all the years to come. Thank you Amber. Style lounge, you are lucky to have her.

Wonderful service from all the staff. You do need to book an appointment as they are VERY busy! But worth waiting for. I was visiting San Diego in April 2024, came to watch the Toronto Blue Jays play the San Diego Padres. We only had a few days so it was a nice treat to have my hair done here. My stylist was Amparo Gavarain and she did an amazing job! I told her what I wanted and she was able to make suggestions for treatments that my hair obviously needed. I left the salon with smooth and soft hair, beautifully styled. I would definitely recommend the salon and definitely Amparo! Thank you for the great experience! The salon has many stations, and several great stylists. Every customer that was coming or leaving had a big smile ? on their face. The salon offers complimentary drinks, water, still or sparkling, juice, coffee and tea ?☕. Comfortable waiting area and lots of great products for purchase. There were a few salons to choose from I'm very glad ? I chose the Style Lounge Salon. Pricing was great, even with the exchange from US to Canadian. Wash/style under $100 and hair treatments starting under $50.

Francesca always does a great job cutting my hair! It feels so healthy and she knows exactly how to cut my fine hair to make it look voluminous.

Ashley is amazing and has nailed it every time. I wasted so much time and money when I moved here trying to find a stylist good with warm blonde. I left every time not happy with the end result. I found Ashley a couple years ago and will be a customer of hers forever. Great intuition. Knows what she's doing. I've gotten the most beautiful warm blonde tones from here. Couldn't be happier.

I would give this hair salon less Than one star if I could. I have tried several times to book an appointment. The front desk ladies are terrible, if you are lucky and they answer the phone, this hair salon doesn't answer if you call! They're unprofessional, not kind at all. The said you should send a text with pictures of your hair and they will get back to you. They NEVER get back to you. I've been in a lot of high end salons, Meche in Beverly Hills, just to mention one. They would never not answer a phone or call you back for an appointment. Big red flag of not booking with them.

I have seen Hannah several times for highlights and cuts. My last visit was the day before I left the US for a three-week vacation. I have had a hat on since I saw her. She turned my hair yellow. She applied bleach at the shampoo bowl and still could not get the yellow out and wanted to do it a third time. I would not let her, as my hair is very fine. She then gave me the worst haircut I have every had. I left the salon with wet, yellow hair. I did not even get an apology, but "I tried to fix it." The receptionist did not charge me for a haircut, but still charged $250 for my yellow highlights. Whatever happened to customer service?

Ilsa did a fabulous job coloring my hair. I'm going from a really dark brunette to blonde. She gave me a beautiful blonde color and kept the dimension. I will definitely be seeing Ilsa in the future.

Kayla and Izzy are AMAZING! Needed my roots brought up and a little blonder all over and my hair turned out exactly like my inspiration pic. Clean salon, super sweet staff, could not ask for a better experience. Thanks ladies!

I called and booked an appt with “anyone good with blondes”. I went in with very real expectations after a patchy balayage. I just wanted a dimensional blonde lob. I even went back after not loving the original cut to “fix it” and wound up with more blunt, uneven hair. I can’t believe this is one of the best salons, it came highly recommended.. I do not recommend. This is $600 later and my hair is embarrassing.

I went in for a consultation after following this page on Instagram and doing a lot of research. Unfortunately, for me I really care about the experience and how people treat you. The girl I saw was pretty much saying that she’s not into super blonde hair so she can’t do my hair and I was like what???? And also the prices were ridiculous. Ive been getting my hair done my whole life and I’ve never heard of someone paying thousands for hair. And I make a lot of money for someone my age.It’s one of those places where if you don’t have fillers and lips that are about to pop, they kind of look down on you. Super shallow not one person smiles at you. I ended up finding another place down the street law meraki was much better. It makes me sad to see that places like these who should empower women actually taking advantage of women. I do believe some of the girls are talented but you need more than that to leave a positive mark in the world.

Just a f/u on my previous review, I thought the management will respond quickly to my concern but I was wrong. Definitely they are no different than their hair stylist (Jules) took forever to respond. So, after many attempts to reach the owner, they let the manager Katie (not the owner) to contact me. Then after telling my side of the story and explaining why I need a full refund. She said she will contact the owner and get back with me no later than today. Of course it didn't happen and I have to reach back to her 3 times (given I'm pregnant and dealing with complications) she texted me giving a breakdown of my half of my refund without even getting back with me for an update. AGAIN UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO SENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE= THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A HAIR SALON. BE AWARE
