I cannot recommend Ashley Lane enough! I suffered from a herniated disc that left me feeling weak and unable to perform even basic daily activities. However, after working with Ashley , I feel stronger than ever before.Ashley is extremely knowledgeable and always took the time to explain each exercise and how it would benefit me. She was patient, understanding, and always pushed me to achieve my best while keeping in mind my physical limitations.Ashley designed a personalized training plan that focused on strength and flexibility exercises that were specifically tailored to my needs. She made sure to regularly check in with me to ensure that the plan was working and adjust it accordingly.Thanks to Ashley's guidance, I was able to gradually increase my strength and endurance, and my pain levels decreased significantly. Ashley is the fitness bestie you always wish you had - no intimidation or judgment from this trainer gal, just straight-up support and encouragement for you to show up and reach your goals. I started using Ashley's app and attending virtual Zoom classes during the pandemic and I attribute them 100% for helping me stay fit and stick to a routine when I was super frustrated and stuck at home. Ashley is super sweet and welcoming of dogs and noisy littles on group workouts, and as a result, my son likes to attend the live classes, too! If you're a busy mom who wants to work out and needs accountability and a plan, try Ashley's program!

Nice and clean personal training studio. They also have other health practioners like personal trainer, massage therapist (Joanne is great!), and a skin/facial treatment room. Ashley, the owner, keep the place clean and tidy and is always accessible via text or email for any support questions.

It's amazing what Ashley have built with her business @ Studio Lifted. Love love love Studio Lifted. It is such an uplifting and fun place to work out! Personal training with Ashley is always a blast - she kicks my butt each and every session, but it's so much fun that it always goes by fast. I have pain in my wrists which prevents me from putting much weight on them and she alters each workout/exercise to ensure I am pain free. I've even convinced my fiance to start training as well!

When I moved to San Diego, finding a gym to belong to was on top of my list of things to do. I tried several other gyms until I found Studio Lifted. I tried my first class and was addicted. Studio Lifted isn't like other gyms. The small group personal training class I tried was amazing. The instructor was so welcoming and energetic! The class only had 3 people which I loved! Large group classes I have tried in the past at other gyms I just felt like I was a number in the backround. This small personal training class was so much fun and kicked my a*** The instructor was so helpful and personable she really focused on me and my goals while still pushing me to my limits!! I haven't had an experience like this at a gym in awhile! I am so happy I found this place. I used to be so intimidated about the gym and weight lifting, not anymore! Thanks Studio Lifted!!

I love the different formats that are offered here, there is literally something for everyone! Cycle, Strength, Barre, Yoga, specialty clinics, challenges and more. This is an amazing community with challenging, effective workouts. You will love ALL the instructors plus a friendly staff at check in gives it a full 5 stars

I can't say enough good things about Ashley! I've finally found a personal trainer that keep me motivated and accountable. It's so easy to fall off, but when you have the right support it's even easier to get back on! I've gotten real results since I started training with Ashley and I highly recommend her. She's so much fun, you almost forget you're working out! Until the day after when you have to drag your dead body out of bed... just to do it all over again because it was worth it.
