I have years of managing self storage facilities. 51 5-star reviews.at Public Storage. I applied to StorQuest and was offered a job as a Property Manager, because the Property manager was leaving. After 2 weeks of jerking me around, the property manager decided not to leave and I was not given the job. The property manager's name is Christina. No Google reviews. I only see great reviews from Sean, the Assistant Manager. This company needs to get their act together. Poor management and I would never work for them

Sean and Lydia made this so easy! She answered everything over the phone and helped me get setup same day which was totally painless and done in like 10 min online, if that!
Sean then made sure he was around late in the day so I could drive over quickly and finalize everything, because I was impatient and wanted to get the whole process done TODAY. What a guy!
He then took me on a full tour, was extremely polite the whole time, and went above and beyond for me in numerous ways to make sure I felt at home.
Facility was clean throughout, and pro tip: if you setup autopay you get later hour access than basically anywhere else I could find which is a huge plus.
10/10 experience so far and I’m only a day in! Thank you Sean and Lydia!

Sean is the man at the Hancock st location. He treats you like family and always takes care of you finding the best deals that is in your budget. Amazing customer support service if you need to get a storage unit I recommend stopping by when Sean is there. Thank you for the time you took helping me out I appreciated it.

This has been a really good experience. Staff was extremely helpful at checkin, walked me to my locker (which all storage places do) but on the walk provided me lots of really good information, everything I would have asked if they didn’t cover… was covered. And then some. Another thing I like is the facility is super clean. It appears well taken care of. Gate access is significantly easier than other storage facilities I’ve experienced in past, little thing but big impact. Negatives, if not familiar with the area / street, gps can provide some routes which may be a bit confusing if trying to locate first time. Maybe even second, but after that you’ll find it’s actually easy to get to so don’t worry about that if first time goin. And occasional rif raf roaming around but in fairness to the facility that’s par for the area and other storage facilities in close proximity. Parking appears it could be an issue on a busy day but it should be noted I am not familiar with, nor have I asked, if there are other entrances / parking locations bc my unit is close to lease office - anyway overall solid storage place I’d recommend

Stored my daughter's college belongings here for the summer. Very secure, and the staff/owner is very friendly. They make it easy for college students who are from out of state.

Polite, prompt, knowledgeable, empathetic, helpful and hard working!
The facility is very secure and extremely clean.
Plenty of dollies and parking spaces.
