Great place for meats. You can get the less common parts of the animal and their prices are better than Vons IMHO.

I tried the curbside pick up today. There was an issue with my card, Peter provided me the number to call.
Ashley shopped for me. She was great! She checked in with me while she shopped for price changes and product availability. They brought it out to my car , just fantastic. Great feature for people who are not able to shop on their own.

Some of the employees at this store are just inexplicably rude. Today I was wearing a really casual T-shirt and shorts, not dressed up like I usually am. When I was checking out, this lady who was bagging my items had this super annoyed look on her face. I even said thank you, and she didn’t respond at all, just gave me this weird look. You know what I mean. So yeah, some of the staff here really have low standards. This is why I don’t like them.

Remarkably I was rang up twice for the most expensive item on my receipt. Can't help but to think this was on purpose. Called and spoke to Brett. He said I could come in tomorrow to get a refund. He handled it professionally and was courteous. Still very annoyed that I have to take time out of my day to go back to the grocery store two days in a row. Also this cashier and his assigned bagger automatically started bagging my stuff in their bags without asking if I wanted to buy their bags. Please train your new employees better. Also the bagger put his finger to his mouth to moisten it to get the bags open. Gross!!

This place has a really great crew. They are always happy, friendly, and willing to help. Danny in the deli is a superstar. Remy and Brian are always great to chat with as well!

High prices (in general compared to Ralph's and Trader Joe's), at least for the items I was looking for. The one bright spot is the meat counter.
