Very awesome place. Particularly if you're just in retail therapy mode. Hello kitty backpacks! Sparkling tape, colored markers. Oh yeah, they also print, have luggage, TSA PreCheck, posters, laminating, services galore. And a free parking lot next to a Trader Joe's. Very convenient. We had trouble figuring out how to order our print job online cause we're old.

My two trips to Staples today were very positive! First one, I needed to print and make copies. It's super efficient and cost effective, you just email the documents and self serve. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Second trip, I needed passport pictures and supplies. Chuy was the associate helping us and he went above and beyond to make sure we had all the formats we needed. He took pictures of our 4yo and 2yo, which can be a very challenging mission. Thanks Staples for a great experience, we'll be back soon!

I went there last Friday for a passport photo. I was extremely clear about the fact I needed ONLY the digital format of the photos. I was told I was going to have both printed and digital copy and that I had to pay for both. No problem. Photos were good and I got the usb. I checked today the usb to upload the photos and there was anything inside. I went there and ask if they still had the photos since it happened two days ago. They first checked saying that sometimes happens and instead of inside the usb the photos goes I don't know where. Conclusion I have to retake them because every night they cancel the photos. Good thing would be first double check that the file is inside the usb especially if someone is very clear that that is the important format. Secondly, would be great ask people to double check by the end of the day since the file won't be available anymore the day after. I was offered for a refund only when I was walking out. Instead of a fare fund would be great and more professional offer a new photo for free. I was outside when I heard about the refund and I just didn't come back. Very disappointed. Be careful and always double check right the way if you can or you will lose money and time.

Rating the TSA pre check station. That lady is awesome she deserves a raise. We came an hour early for our two appointments. Actually, mine was an hour, and my husband was 3 hours. She took us both in early. She was so fast. She went through each person so quickly. I am grateful we didn't need to come back. Definitely would recommend it. They also offer UPS and Amazon returns.

I am writing through a translator exactly a few minutes ago between returning a garment by UPS parcel and the person who attended me discriminated against me, he gave me little help, I told the store manager but I don't know if he will mention it about what happened because of whoever treated me badly, today there is a lot of discrimination for not speaking English perfectly, short people should pay more attention to how they treat customers, today there is so much demand for people who discriminate either because of their color or race, it is not the first time that they treat me kindly because I do not know how to speak English well I am MEXICAN and as an American citizen I could report the person to the staples company, I hope and become aware of the treatment he gave me, I will return to this store because it is close to my job next time I am treated like this so if I file the complaint with the staples company directly...

Ian helped me with my Amazon return and was SO HELPFUL. I had so many things and he was super quick, and very positive during the entire process. He said they just implemented Amazon returns a week ago...very impressed!

I have gone to this Staples numerous time for printing and every time the people in the print center are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure my stuff gets oriented well and have even helped me cut! Highly recommend!

I attempted to recycle a printer at this store. One particular person at this store was unfortunately afflicted with a learning disability. He couldn't understand my intentions. He thought I was trying to get cash for the gold in the printer. This person hopefully is not exemplary of the rest of the employees in this store . Avoid this store at all cost. These people need to close the doors and spend a few days with professional mental help.

I went into the store to buy ink for my HP Printer and look for a planner. I asked an associate to help me find the correct ink cartridge. At the registered the associate, as he was ringing me up, he asked me if I have found everything I was looking for. I said actually, no. I explained to him that another associate was looking up online the ink cartridge that I needed for my printer. I was told because my printer was so old that finding the ink cartridge would be difficult. He suggested try to look on eBay as a possibility, or consider buying a new printer.The associate then asked me what ink cartridge I needed and he looked it up and found the correct one and it was in stock at the store. He was extremely helpful and kind. I was actually very glad that he did ask the stereo typical customer service question and I replied honestly. I was able to leave with exactly what I came for. I was definitely a happy customer. It turns out that the associate that was ringing me up, was actually the manager, Darrell. He was extremely helpful and informative. This is definitely the Staples store I will be doing all my shopping at. So next time anassociate ask you if you found what you're looking for, my suggestion be honest And you might leave there with exactly what you want!

Nancy is the sweetest soul there is ! I hardly leave reviewsI am unsure if she works for another department as she is in the TSA check area but Nancy was the most kind and patient person it made my entire day go better just interacting there and I hope this company cherishes and values her because employees like that are what make or break a store

Was in your store purchasing a few minor items to help me get organized. Liz at check out made sure I had found everything I was looking for and then proceeded to check me out in a timely and efficient manner. After fixing the file box I purchased she placed all my items and receipt into the box and got me out the door in no time flat.
