Toby and his crew were very informative throughout the whole process, any questions i asked he answered right away. Van was very clean and in good shape. The pick up and drop off process was easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a sprinter rental. Prices are affordable also!

I just finished a 3-day Sprinter rental with this company.
Pros:
- Flexible terms (you can cancel up to 5 days in advance with no charges)
- One-way rental available (with extra charges, but still a good deal)
- Almost new vehicles (mine was a 2023 model in great condition)
- Contactless pickup and drop-off
- Reasonable rental prices
Cons:
- Poor communication (I had to wait two days and send multiple requests before my rental was amended, and the host ignored some questions)
- Inaccurate vehicle description (my van was supposed to have a TV, but it didn’t)
- The most serious issue: wrong pickup instructions. I received an email with an incorrect parking address, which resulted in time loss, extra taxi charges, and unnecessary stress on the pickup day.

Renting a sprinter van from Andy was a great decision. From the start, he was very responsiveness and answered all of my questions (out of which I had many). He offered insurance packages and other options without being pushy. I did appreciate that. The van was dropped off the night before at my house. Normally I would have had to pick it up. So, having it dropped off the night before was a major plus as my family was leaving really early the next day. I did have a few driving questions pertaining to the van once I was in it so I texted Andy. He got back to me immediately and answered all of them. In sum, my first experience with a sprinter van was easy and seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better person or company to do this. Recommend him 100%

I 100% recommend Sprinter Rentals. I rented a 12 passenger for a family trip from San Diego to las Vegas. The van was delivered in great condition, very clean, and a full tank of gas. Andrew was our host and he was quick to respond to my queries (I had several), and always very helpful and polite. The van drove perfectly, all features worked as expected, and never had any issues.

Toby is a very good communicator and an easy host to work with. The van was clean and spacious. Driving was not difficult and felt like driving any standard SUV. Gas mileage was much better than expected.

We rented a sprinter van for a family event, toddler to grandma. It was spotless when it arrived and we had a wonderful trip. They were able to work with us on delivery and pickup.
We were able to accommodate our entire group and all of our luggage! An accomplishment! We just had to remember that parking a taller vehicle needs a little bit more planning. All in all, it was a great fit for our group.
