Somebody hacked into my account and mad unauthorized changes. I wasn't able to use my phone, so I went to the store for assistance. Jesus M was very patient and helpful in helping me get my issue resolved. I'm very thankful.

I went to T-mobile a couple of days ago to merge my 2 cellphones (one from Mexico and one from the US) into one. The activation was going to take a couple of hours so I went home thinking I was going to be able to finish the process by myself. After the phone was activated, I didn’t know how to switch from one line to the other…I had so many questions so I went to this T-mobile because it was on my way to work. As soon as I stepped into the store, Fernando say hi and started to answer all of my questions and helped me setting up my Apple account, map, apps, etc. etc. He was very patient l, friendly and resolved all of my questions. Thank you for all your help!!

Eric helped me add a 2nd & 3rd line to my plan. Everything went extremely smooth and was informative with other services t mobile has to offer (home & business internet) he reminded me the benefits of each service without making me feel forced to look into it more once I told him It wasn't something I was interested in. Phones work great! Thanks again Erick

We were on the waiting list and we told them to give us a minute to see the phones. We tell them that we were ready, which they told us to wait. We did and after 40 mins of waiting, we ask them and he just told us that he remove us form the waiting list, even though he look at us waiting in front of him sitting and waiting. Poor service, better to order online or using messenger for better quality service

Amazing customer service. I was assisted by Jordan, he was super knowledgeable with plans, promotions and phones. The experience was a 10!! If you need assistance with upgrading, new lines or any other service and want a good experience go there!!!

Arrived at this location 1 hour before closing and was denied service because they had 6 people waiting to make a decision on what services to get. The staff just approached me and notified me that they won’t be able to help me today but told me to feel free to look around. I left right away! Poor customer service!

only leaving 2 stars because the tmobile reps were actually really good and decent and helping with an issue for a double charge. The managers kept giving me the around and i had to go out of my way and reach out multiple times and ignored. will never do business in this location again.

So I'm the type that rarely upgrades my phone. I came to upgrade my iPhone XR to the 13 Pro and before that I had the iPhone 6 lol, anyways we came here for the one good 5 star they had and I'm not sure why people don't leave more reviews! But so me & my boyfriend go in just to look at possibly upgrading because we haven't seen the 13 in person yet (just dropped a week ago) and we get greeted when we walk in, all that, there's a little bit of a wait but that's normal, we wait about 15-20 mins and then we get Jesus to come help us! He tells us all about the specs about each model and compares for me the two choices I wanted and goes through the color options. He even asks his co-worker to borrow his phone so I can see what it feels like in my hands! I didn't really care about color because I wasn't going to wait about 6 weeks for the blue lol so I pick the one that gets here the soonest for me. After that he breaks down the prices for the plan I have now versus the plan that he prefers. It's literally only like $1.20/m difference with so many more upgrades! So I upgrade, put in my pre-order & am ready to go! I had such a nice experience with Jesus and he made it super easy and was so patient with any and all questions we had! Thank you Jesus!!! Anyone with T-Mobile in the Chula Vista/IB area come here!

Jesus was very helpful and polite I was not looking forward to going into the store after all the issues I had with my phones but it was a pleasant experience
