The guy named Brian is an absolute jerk who works here. My mom was discussing that our turtles name was Obama and he rolled his eyes and was like “Why would you name him that? I’m trying to connect the dots.” He had an attitude the entire time.The girl that helped me last time who was younger and Hispanic was the sweetest girl ever but Brian deserves to be fired. An attitude, talking down to people, and being rude is not customer service at all. No wonders people say this location is trash.

I have samsung flip 3 the screen saver is coming off according to you're website only samsung techs should replace. Once the female clerk found out I didn't have insurance she said she couldn't help me. You're problem! She was not very polite. Oh well, I work at a company with over 1400 people I'll be sure to post and tell everyone beware of screen saver on flip phone 3 their not reliable! Don't buy. I've been with sprint for 4 years I spent a pretty penny for flip 3 I'm going to attnt at end of month. WORD OF MOUTH IS VERY BIG AND IT STILL WORKS!!! Goodby!

45 Mins and still waiting to be called. I finally spoke to a lady who seems to be a manager, She said "I'm sorry but we are all working on something and we can't skip positions, we are still waiting for some appointments", poor customer service their priorities seem to be their needs other than customers. Too bad T-Mobile has representatives that just don't care for the business and the customers

It took a few days, and a phone call from me to customer support to get the phone, watch, and wfi internet attempted to ordered through the store. It probably has something to do with the lines being set up and probably poor training at the facility.However, Anthony was awesome. A great guy and helpful, but had issues from the get go setting everything up. The manager couldn't figure it out and I had to call customer support myself three days later to get the order to go through and attach the watch my account. However, they sent the phone overnight and setting up the watch in store and getting the internet went smoothly after the phone call.I love the phone and the watch (46mm classic). The wifi internet works like a charm..I can not blame the store for the issues. $h!t happens, Anthony is a great guy and the manager was helpful, and I will continue to be a T-Mobile user and go to this store in the future..

I visited the store 12/11/21 due to issues with phone charging! The rep told me without looking at the phone it’s a non-repairable issue! I then stated nothing can be done? She stated we can clean it and if that does not work then nothing can be done! I told her I am not ready to pay a lot of money for a new phone. I will call apple support first! I call apple support and of course the T-Mobile rep did not know what she was talking about or she was trying to make a quick sale! So messed up someone could lie with a straight face! The repair could range from as little as $80 or as much as $400 but either way it is repairable and it’s still cheaper then a new phone! I don’t want a new phone!

Just the worst customer service! Steve thanks a lot! I bought the phone with you on Friday August 13, 2021 and came back the following week Wednesday to exchange my device because the device was defected! I showed you my phone was lagging with tying and the pictures were skipping. And I came back again and called the Apple to remote thru it and they said it was the device!! I told you I needed an new device! Why would I want to make this up or waste my time going in the store! The device clearly didn’t work!!!! SCAM!!! You said it had to do with my screen protector being to thick, so I took your advise and I removed my screen protector and you also mentioned that I didn’t have space on my iCloud to delete pictures and videos so I did, well than I bought 200 gb of space and you took the phone to reset it or whatever you said you did! I told you the phone wasn’t working properly! I’m so sad, angry and annoyed that I come today and your manger said I was passed my time to exchange it and not to mention you guys were out of stock with this device.. hmmm well I was like well let me get a different device and I’ll pay the difference! The manger now says he can’t take the device and I clearly can’t get a new phone period. Thanks for dropping the ball man!!! Mickael as a manger you couldn’t do anything to help me! I need my phone to work!! I bought a phone that suppose to work!!! THINK ABOUT IT TWICE BEFORE YOU COME TO THIS STORE!!!

Terrible experience 3months ago.I felt taken advantage of..Called customer care and they were useless.Just paid off one of my phones 1 more to go and on to a better company that cares about their loyal customers like my self (11yrs)

THANK YOU, Bhavya! Update on Review: Tmobile/Sprint and Manager Mikael Reached out to me through Google reviews forum June 13, 2021 regarding the June 12 incident. Updated to 3 stars for quick response and willingness to Resolve.Intake process needs to improve to avoid misunderstandings. Customer acknowledgement and follow up should be apparent at the the physical location of the store.Great job BHAVYA!! Escalations and Phone support Bhavya for great customer service.. Bhavya sharp, smart, patient, professional, knowledgeable and helpful and empathetic. Bhavya saved the day! Bhavya's ability to troubleshoot are exceptional. BIG THANKS to his phone support June 14, 2021 1-3 p.m. p.s.t. Ty so much. Special mention to online support Agent Adaelia for being so courteous and respectful and HAVE a SAFE DAY USA. This visit was great but had one visit where the guy at the door was really rude and obnoxious and not helpful at all. I have been back several times since and have had good experiences, maybe that guy has moved on.
