As a newcomer, who moved across country to settle nearer to family, I'm now living full time in an RV. So...laundromats have become more important to me than they once were. This one has never failed to meet my needs -- for two years straight, now; the staff is wonderful and always helpful. The machines do a great job -- especially the very large ones, on quilts, etc. I love to walk down to the ocean while my laundry "cooks," and to be able to get nearly a month's worth done in less than an hour and a half. Thanks, "Spin Spa" staff -- you're great!

I love this place, only place I haven't gotten my clothes stolen. Staff is super nice. My only complaint is why did I have to spend 40.00 on laundry which most if not all was on drying. The dryer's are not hot enough and even separated it so they were not overfilled. Just a heads up dryers take more then 45 minutes to dry. I'll keep coming because of safety and love the staff. Also if someone can control the lady from dog grooming next door. I noticed after she washed I made mistake of not checking machines. My clothes were covered in dog hair. Otherwise they are usually super clean

Great place excellent service they do everything right here. Patricia and Tania are the best. This is a very great place to do your laundry. Never a doubt there is a taqueria, a pizza place, and a 7-Eleven across the street. Come and do your laundry here.

We have used this facility fir over two years. We like the availability of the machines, the ability of coinless payment and the friendliness of the staff. Bonus that there are tacos or pizza just steps away while your clothes wash or dry.

I've been coming here for a few years after a bad experience with another local laundromat. I always arrive when they open at 6:30, machines always work and the place is clean. Love the pay with CC option.

On Tuesday I dropped off my laundry at Spin Spa. When I went to pick it up today the woman said I picked it up yesterday. I told her I did not come in yesterday. She insisted that she gave it to me. I repeated I had not been in yesterday. Because I would not give up she finally found my laundry (which had been paid for) and gave it to me. Mistakes happen, but when you look me in the eye and lie to me you have gone to far. Lies and dishonesty are unacceptable. I will never go back. If you do it as at your own risk.

Used their fluff and fold service and they did a great job, with same day service and everything sorted and folded neatly. They were also courteous and responsive, unlike some other laundromats.

I found them to be an excellent source for fluff and fold with my busy schedule. Veronica and Patricia are always pleasant with me and do a great job with my clothes. It's my only go too for that service.

been coming here for over 20yrs..yes I get you gotta raise the prices to keep up with the times.. but 25 CENTS FOR 2 MINUTES TO DRY..YUP THATS A HARD PASS!! so glad there's still other nice laundry mats in PB..BYE GOOD LUCK

Use to love coming here but their customer service is not good. We did a load of whites and all the whites had rust stains all over them following the wash cycle. They initially told us we could get a refund but when the manager came in the next day they double backed on their word and wouldn’t reimburse our cloths or payment for wash. The manager insisted it was our fault and we did it ourselves. We had 3 brand new shirts in this wash all with the same rust pattern and many other items with the same rust spots. It was clearly the washer however they continued to blame us and shooed me out of the facility:

Excellent fluff and fold service!! The staff is always nice, kind, and go out of their way to be helpful. Truth is, this review is a long overdue thank you. I've used them for years and they've always been great, but recently they showed me how overwhelmingly honest they are as well. I was just putting away my latest order, and in a small baggy was the change I accidentally left in a pocket. THANK YOU ALL!!
