This place is always having troubles. There are always some pumps that are not working, they are out of the gas you want to buy (but never premium...), and are the most expensive in the area. You can go one more block west to an Arco that's always in good condition and save 30-50 cents a gallon.

They steal a penny everytime. The pump is rigged to stop with a penny remaining. I paid 40.00 and got 39.99 the owner must have a large ? oy vey

What a joke. Clerk working here on Saturday morning on 11/16/19 needs remedial customer service training. He is busy checking his phone and when I asked for a receipt to get my car wash code, wastes my time for few min asking why I didn't print it or select the option. JUST DO YOUR JOB.

DO NOT GO HERE! Go down a block and fill up there. Their attendants lack customer service, the gas pumps are usually out out service and they never print out receipts! For such a great location to have a gas station this place is horrible.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a place of business. Just to warn everyone, this gas station is privately owned and obviously lacks genuine care for customers. I bought a car wash a month ago, went through the wash but there was 1) no soap and 2) no dryer.... I went back around and received another code from the attendant then continued to go back in again. Same thing. I went back to the counter and asked for a refund because there were issues with both my washes. She had admitted that she knew there was no soap because of several complaints before mine. I don't understand why she sent me through a second time. She apologized for being new and said she couldn't/didn't know how to refund me but can give me a new code that is good for 90 days. After FIVE F'ING attempts later...... still no soap in the damn car wash. They've never fixed their issues and are still selling washes to people. Every time I've returned, there has been at least 1 other customer complaining about the car wash. I've FINALLY had it today and asked for my money back. The attendant said that was fine and asked me when I purchased the first initial wash. I told her it has been about a month and she then told me I could not receive a refund because it was too long ago!!!! I explained my situation multiple times. I've been coming back about once every 5-6 days trying to reuse my code and it's NEVER fixed!!!! I have made a call to the corporate office today so hopefully I will receive a refund. I strongly urge everyone to no use this car wash because you will be stuck getting multiple codes for a car wash that the owner has no intention on fixing. They don't put an out of order sign out because once you buy a wash you are stuck in a cycle of coming back time after time. They will not refund your money either! Please beware of this fraudulent facility.

Has was a bit expensive and the $8 quick drive thru car wash took 1:2 hour!! Many cars in front of us didn't know how to work it. Ugh!! My husband actually walked up to the front of the line and instructed the cars in how and when to go and stop! Crazy! Never again!

F*****************ck!!!! What a waste of time!!! Machines take a very long time to process payments. Sometimes they don't work at all. I pumped and bought a car wash. No paper receipt because the machine was out of paper. Went to the booth and no one was there. So I bit the bullet and drove up to the wash and bought another wash. Again, no receipt. The Carwash did not work. Had to wait for someone to show up at the booth. There was a crowd of people waiting. Everyone was complaining. The sign on the door said 10-15 minute delay due to a shift change. It took longer than 15 minutes for someone to open the booth door. Ruben opened the door and no apologies were given. It did not seem liked he cared at all. Probably use to complaints due to all the problems. This station sucks. Go elsewhere. This place will waste your time, and piss you off.

They NEVER have paper in the machines and you are forced to stand in line for several minutes just to try to get a receipt!! It's the worst gas station in town! The one near Target is also very bad. The guy inside the little box also is very unprofessional when you ask him for a receipt! At least guy with the bandaids on his face at the other Shell is somewhat pleasant to deal with!!

Do not use the car wash! There's something wrong with it that if somebody pays while you're in it you're cycle gets canceled. You end up with either a car covered in suds or at Best a car with a ton of water spots because the drying cycle got canceled.

Omg what a nightmare, cant enter loyalty number, went to 2 different pumps, simply dont work, slowest machines, waste of time, pump somewhere else

The gas years pretty cheap it's very nice no bathrooms but it's still OK I came here thinking there was a car wash year but there's not but it's close to the freeway which is great
