I worked in the bulk sales department where my team and I broke records in the company, I literally set the curve for stats here. None of this matters when you are going thru testing for cancer or have any health issue requiring ada paperwork like I did. They started cutting my commissions multiple months in a row regardless of the fact my doctor told me multiple times I need to not work and focus on my health. My goal was to come in and kill it in sales and take time off I needed protected by ADA. To my surprise ada doesn’t cover shift log in time, one of spectrums many loopholes to screw over employees. Due to this fact I lost a few thousand dollars over the course of 5 months of having my commissions cut. While going thru this I was still trying to work with spectrum management to recover some of my lost earnings, but they continued treating me like I was the scum of the company. I was told cancer patients working here less than a year unfortunately have their pay cut with ada. Because I hadn’t been there a year yet I couldn’t get fmla. The whole idea was until I’m there a year spectrum won’t take the risk and give me fmla because I might quit. Well yall left me no choice if you steel my commissions from me while I’m struggling thru cancer testing and multiple medical issues with thyroid etc. I’m gonna quit. Spectrum does not care about their employees, this company is the worst of the worst, I had better experience working at Amazon…

LIterally the worst place to work. Under paying employees and doesnt even let people that work there take bathroom breaks. Literally one of the worst working environments I've ever encountered. Saw rat and mice in the building multiple times too. avoid this place at all costs.
