Just absolute rudeness the two times we came.to the Clairemont t town square location. Sarcasm, disdain, and laughed at us. We signed up for internet and tv. Decided we did t want the tv so kept the internet services. Had the service not even half the service month and got no rebate. Our internet is now 110 a month when it was 60 with the bundle. No offer to help other than to phone retention. Just unbelievable the lack of service , helpfulness, . Stay away from spectrum. Use YouTube tv, directed, anything other than spectrum.

Currently a Spectrum customer. Went to this particular store to get nem iPhones (2 phones). The sales rep acted like he was doing me a favor to sell me something worth close to $2,000.What an idiooooot!

A Customer Service representative told me via the phone that since I ended my service a week into the new billing cycle, I would be refunded the remaining weeks I did not use it. We waited for a week for the new bill, only for Spectrum to recant the statement and say we have to pay for the full month we didn't use.Super upsetting and unprofessional. Their internets sucks, too, and we were always losing internet with minimal help.

Store was great. My issue is Spectrum does not prorate their bill. I went over by on e day before I returned my kit as I was moving and was going with a different internet provider...and was charged 69.99 for the whole month. Won't return to spectrum just for that.

I used spectrum internet service for 2 years and work from home. Not once did my speed ever hit the amount I was paying for (500mbs). At the time of my service cancellation due to relocation they do not prorate service so I had to choose between paying a full month for only a few days of service usage or terminating my service early and not having internet for the last week of my residence. I also experienced frequent service interruptions almost on a daily basis during my contracted time.

I stopped by here on a Sunday an hour after they opened. There were 5 people ahead of me in line and I didn't have an appointment. Gene was working double time getting customers in and out with all our questions answered. It was able to assist another customer while my Spectrum mobile service was getting set up. Great speedy service here! I love that there was just enough small chitchat without it being too much.

Really bad customer services. No care and concern to the customer . Specially the employeee name DARIUS CARR THAT EMPLOYEE AT SPECTRUM CLAIREMONT square DOES NOT NO ANYTHING ABOUT HIS JOB . He needs fo go back to basic re training on customer services and his job . Thats a bad apple on that branch . He needs to get a new job . Not at spectrum his making the company look bad . I would give (-10 ⭐️) negative

When I first entered this store, I had no idea what to expect. I really didn't. I mean, who would when you are entering a store for the first time, and you have no idea what is going on or who is working, or whether or not they are even open. Fortunately, they were open big time. The door was unlocked, and the employees inside were wearing the uniform they were given during the hiring process, based on what size they wear. It was a fancy blue top with some embroidery. I loved it! Then, once inside, you are able to talk to a live person available on site and ready to help address your issues until they are sorted out and you can rest easy knowing what happened, why it happened, and what you can do to extend your winning steak until you randomly get tired of winning and just kind of succumb to the status quo. Additionally, you can take a seat almost anywhere inside of the interior of the store, where all of their seating is currently located. We don't expect that to change anytime soon, either. Get them to explain all of the specials to you and choose the one where you save the most money but still get to have some level of service that works best for your situation at the time. It's the American way, after all.

Randy at the spectrum store was amazing! He is very professional extremely knowledgeable a with a great and wind attitude. He took excellent care of me and really made my day. I recommend this store without a doubt. I also spoke with Shadow the manager who was also great like Randy.

Arguably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. The wait to drop off equipment was over 30 minutes. Totally unacceptable.

HORRIBLE and shady practices. After canceling my internet they continued to charge me despite cancelling and turning in all my equipment and moving out of the state. Despite me bringing this up to their staff and management they deemed all those charges were legitimate and wouldn't stop harassing me about payingI brought this up to their billing and customer services who told me I could pay it off and receive a letter of deletion but when I escalated this to their manager they said they wouldn't be able to go to collectionEvery time I called a different person I would get a different answer and would go no whereNEVER want to do any business with spectrum again and save yourself the headache
