Fantastic, speedy, above and beyond customer service. I know this may sound like a bot, and Spectrum might sometimes get a bad rap for customer service, but this store nailed it. The shop is clean, welcoming, minimalist. Trent went out of his way to problem solve and got me exactly what was needed.

Asked if we could port cell phone to voice line. Clerk said probably not but gave me the phone number of the tech people. They said it could be done. The tech person wasn't flummoxed by this request at all. He just did what he needed to do, and now we have a voice landline. Easy when you connect with the right person.
