The older sweet ladies are amazing.
Sarah and her other partner are amazing very very patient and helpful.
Younger lady there refused to help and then it was these the two older beautiful ladies that solved my issue in minutes.

I went to return a cable box and also to get help with getting Paramount Plus. Sarah was my service rep and she was absolutely phenomenal. She gave the best customer service I think I've ever had. Luckily I had gone at a time when they weren't that busy so I only waited about 20 minutes before my name was called.

Slow and inefficient. It's like the DMV but about the Internet and phones. On my visit there were about ten customers and two representatives. The people looked like they spent quite a while there. You know the appearance of people on the long-distance train or bus: eating food, playing on their phones, shoes off, solving puzzles. Completing the picture was one of the employees shaming customers for complaining about this experience, telling them to sit tight.

Great customer service! Sarah is amazing!
I had a several problems in my line and could not use it, I contacted customer center many times but never been solved. I had a terrible experience in another store nearby also. Honestly I was exhausted. Sarah checked the problem quickly, solved it and provided a new number with me. Her explanation was very clear. I was so happy!

Typical oligopoly behavior. You turn in equipment, the employee fails to record the transaction (because if they dont sell you something, it negatively effects their sales ratio) , they try to charge you for it and laugh their way to the bank.
Luckily, I kept my receipts.

Sarah is the best customer service staff here. She addresses and solves all of my problems with three of my wifi accounts quickly and effectively. I appreciate her helps so much since it saves me too much times. 5++++/5 stars for her!!!

Pretty much what you'd expect from a monopoly, horrible service, complete disregard of customers. I only went to drop off a modem, waited over 45 minutes after checking in and left it on one of the associate desks. I was then threatened with not getting a receipt unless I was willing to wait longer.

waiting 20 minutes so far while 2 people help this one customer. get in line and wait while they chat. no attempt to ask why i’m in the store (i.e. picking up new equipment). other customers also waiting. to make matters worse, customer being helped didn’t even purchase.

I came to get my mobile phone forget my pinn l lost my ID card they're can't help lady ask manger she still help me no ID card but manager said no very disappointed in him l am disabled can't drive l can on my transportation to get there manager could make one time to help out no ID you won't get my money to you guys

I am beyond frustrated with Spectrum Internet. Our bill has increased three times in the past year without any prior notice via emails or SM. When we inquired about this, we were told that there were “notices” on the statements—but these were buried in small print. Meanwhile, the ads on the same statements are huge and eye-catching. Even the representative admitted that this was misleading, but nothing was done to correct the issue. We ended up canceling the service!
To make matters worse, the rep at the store was extremely rude and impatient. In the middle of our conversation, he kept repeating, “It’s a statement, I don’t understand the question,” as if we were the ones in the wrong for seeking clarity. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and Spectrum's lack of transparency and poor customer service are outrageous. I will be looking for another service provider and recommend others do the same.
