Our copier has been in storage since Covid began and we had to sublease our office. We were happy to pay the full contract fee, amounting to about 3+ years of non-use, but wanted them to remove the copier early to avoid having to pay for our storage space. We are a small non-profit (we literally have 2 employees), and have struggled since Covid, given we are an in-person events operation. Despite knowing all this, and despite being willing to pay the contract in full, they still insist on tacking on extra fees to remove the copier early. This is not a company I would ever do business with again. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but South Coast Copy has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Be careful of these liars. I signed a contract and was told that my payments would remain the same. Do not believe the sales rep. In the fine print buried in the contract. They can raise the price and they will. Mine has been raised multiple times in 2 years.Beware

I purchased an awesome copier for my home office from South Coast last year and relocated to Arizona earlier this year. Nate was amazing and helped me over the phone, not once but, twice with networking my copier. Both times, I was able to easily follow his instructions. I never could have done it on my own! I am grateful that I have this support from SCCS. It means a lot to purchase a product and have the support required to use it. Best copier and service EVER!!

Company provided good service throughout our lease. At the end of it, we had some problems with the fine print of the lease, which we should have read more carefully upon signing lease. Kecia was understanding of our situation and went through some hoops with the leasing company to help us out and resolve our issue. I would recommend them but just advise you to carefully read the details of the lease term.

You say we can purchase if we don't like the lease terms. The purchase price you are quoting in nearly double what the machine costs new. It is four years old and giving us problems. This is a hideous experience!

We upgraded the Canon floor model multi-function copier/printer in our office recently. Brett knocked it out of the park getting the color settings dialed in for us, which is very important in our work. Excellent.

I have been using South Coast Copy Systems for quiet a while and I honestly would never migrate away from them. They have unreal customer service, great communication, and I never have to worry about inks or maintenance. They are extremely easy to work with. I am very comfortable recommending them to my friends and anybody else. I'm looking forward to many more years of business together.

Run away! We have had a horrible experience with SCCS. The Canon machine is fine, but the lease is horrible. SCCS outsources their payment services to an outfit called GreatAmerica Financial. The terms are hideous. You cannot buy the equipment. What a nightmare!!!!
