Mommy and I will love you forever, Atlas. You taught me how to forgive myself. You taught me how to live in the moment. You made me a better man and you will be in my heart until I see you again. I look forward to that day my beautiful girl. Thank you for your magnificence and thank you for your wisdom. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery. They were so comforting during a difficult time. Juan especially went above and beyond for us and we knew our dog was in good hands with him!

The staff at Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery were so wonderful. This was my first experience with the loss of a pet, my cat of 21 years finally crossed over the rainbow bridge. I wasn't sure what to do, but the staff at Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery were so helpful, caring and patient. The information they provided was clear and made it easy to process during a difficult time. When I picked up my cat's remains, they presented it in a beautiful bag, with cute paw decorated ribbon, so much thought went into the presentation. The box my cat was in is perfect. It's small, natural and just what we hoped for. Thank you to everyone at Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery, what a wonderful place to say goodbye to your furry family members.

The staff at Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery is wonderful. After a traumatic experience with a pet cremation service in Palm Springs, I chose to drive several hours to have my beloved rescue dog cremated at Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery after speaking with them on the phone. Everyone at Sorrento Valley was incredibly kind, respectful, and patient, and my sweet little dog was treated with dignity and care. I highly recommend everyone there. The whole staff helped make a terribly sad time a little easier because of their kindness and compassion. They truly care.

Everyone here was exceptionally caring and sweet. They had such amazing patience while we struggled to decide what we wanted. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected during this sad time. We highly recommend their services.

A week ago I brought in my cinnamon green cheek conure parrot to be cremated. They did a really good job and put her in a beautiful little box.

Top Notch Service! From the minute I talked to the first person who answered the phone (sweet soft voice) til the moment I walked away with my baby, they were the Coolest!! I screwed them all up and they had to make 2 trips to my place and they didn’t even charge me.. seriously with gas prices they could have charged me something but when I went in to the establishment this too Awesome older gentlemen said no not to worry about it. That’s $100!!! (That I didn’t have) I’ve been coming here since 2007 (they even did my bird ) and they’ve always been nothing, But patient and understanding with me and that’s saying a lot, cause when my babies are called by God I don’t function so well… so thanks from the bottom of my heart for your generosity and your kindness….????I’ll B back next time… ???

We lost our beautiful Woodie the morning following his 15th birthday. It was very early on a Saturday morning. We were able to wrap him in a blanket and bring him to Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery. The staff was very accommodating. They told us they would handle everything and they did. Very kind and compassionate. We chose to have him cremated and put in a nice cedar box. We keep him in our living room where he passed as we hugged him and said goodbye.

I really waited a while to do this review because of how emotional and upset I was about my experience. We tramarically lost our loved one within a matter of hours and were devastated. We booked through the animal hospital to have a private ceremony/cremation for our beloved Echo. They said it could take up to 10 days for them to reach out to us. I recieve a text message... A TEXT MESSAGE... that, "Echo Clark is pick up ready". As if he's some Doordash order or some mundane everyday task. I called furious that they not only didn't call me about my private request and continied without me but had the audacity to text me to pick his body up. They stated they sent an email and got no response. Turns out the hospital gave a wrong email address.. yet they had my phone number to text me so why wouldn't they call before cremating my puppy?! When I stated I paid for services to be private he responds with, "well you actually haven't paid us yet." I paid the animal hospital! Then he proceeds to tell me that obviously I'm extremely upset how about we mail him out to you! Now he's a worthless package that can sent in the mail... My dog was my families world. He meant everything to us.. been with us through 2 kids, 2 moves, protected us countless times, and provided the purest love for the past 6 years... and to lose him so suddenly with no answers... I was in pain. Grieving does not describe the amount of pain I was in and these people treated me and him like a business transaction that meant nothing to them. Stay away from this place. I would never, never, recommend such a place to anyone.

I brought my dog of 10 years here after an at home euthanasia and Carlos was the one to help me. I called ahead and he had everything prepared for when I arrived and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He handled a very fragile situation with such grace and I just received my pets remains and everything is beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better encounter in such a devastating time.

I refused to take my pet here! Being in the time of the most hurt and trying to see what my options are, they had the audacity to argue with me! Very insincere to my situation were all I want to do is take care of my pet! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

If you're reading this review, my heart goes out to you on your loss.Unfortunately I've had to use their service, but they couldn't have been kinder and more understanding of our grief. The grounds are nice, and location is easy to find. We did not feel judged, and they followed our instructions on how we'd like the ashes returned (unmarked urn since we didn't want to keep it later). Easy communication via email. Not much else you could ask for.

I have several dogs buried here including my childhood dog. Last month I buried Perla. I was a mess with grief. Gerry and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They allowed us to bury Perla on a Sunday so the family could be there. I would highly recommend this place to everyone
