Worse smoke shop around, went in for CBD products, guy said he had a great deal, ended up buying snake oil, also bought a vape pen that dies after 10 mins and seems to have no power just burns up my cartridges

I have been going to the smoke shop for about a year now and for the most part it has been a pleasant experiences. I recently purchased a juul at this location. I purchased it for my boyfriend so I took it home waiting for him to get home so he can try it out upon trying to use it it was not working we assume that it needed a charge so we put it on the charger as it was sitting on the charger we realize it wasn't staying charged I proceeded to take it back the next day and speak with the owner about it. When I brought it in I showed him the device and the charger he stated that the charger was broken. He started to mention things about our electricity messing up the charger or us doing something to the charger to mess up the device. I proceeded to ask him more questions he said the device was fine and all it needed was a charger. He told me I should contact the company that makes the product and see if they will help me. All this for something that I brought back the next day with receipt in hand to be blamed and told that I probably did something to it is such bad customer service. Spending almost $50 there and leaving with something broken is not worth it. Anything you buy here try it before you leave because if you dont they will blame you and not try to help.
