This location has rotisserie kitchens near the bakery section. I learned the hard way that not all locations have these chickens. The inter webs informed me that they do a good rotisserie chicken which is why I went on my quest to find one. I agree that it's a pretty good chicken. It's not salty and it is very tender. The texture feels like it was brined. The person at checkout commented that my chicken looked pale, as they are usually brown and crispy on the outside. I guess I'll look for a better chicken on my next visit. If you like deals, they have them here. The almond milk was on sale for 3 bucks and some of the meats (e.g. flap meat) look well marbled for about $7 a pound. Though, not everything is a steal, so I did not want to do all my shopping here.

I visit this store on a weekly basis, been coming here since it was Albertson's. I've seen a lot of employees come and go. Unfortunately, the cashiers here are the unfriendliest, most unhelpful employees ever. Bummer because some of the other employees are great, especially the produce guy. Be mindful if you need any help with a coupon or anything at checkout. You won't get anything from them, even if you're the only customer in line. One cashier actually told me my reusable bag was "disgusting". I hadn't noticed that it was a bit dirty from the last time I used it but thanks a lot for the shame lady.

Their sale ads for this location were not honored during checkout. The app showed the same sale prices for this location, but the cashier said she would not honor the sale prices - end of discussion. I was embarrassed, but declined to complete the transaction.I can understand misprints happening on sales flyers and newspapers, but their app should be up to date and correct.

Things really aren't cheap here.Additionally, check out is horrible because everyone has a different story, no one just has an easy payment. They want to split with three people, they want to use two coupons along with a gift card and a regular card, and cover the difference with pennies. Ridiculous.

They usually carry a couple items that lately I've had trouble finding elsewhere: cactus paddles, and watercress. It's also nice to have the extra large club size of certain items, and prices there are generally pretty reasonable, adding the comment location, fast checkout, friendly service and it's a no brainer for me to visit when needed.

I think this is a decent grocery store. I shop here frequently. Pros: The staff is helpful. I like the large sizes you can buy on things like cups and plates. Cons: The lines can be long at busy times. The produce could be fresher.

I live really close and really wish this place was better than it is. Not super clean. Always seem to be out of whatever I'm looking for. Like mushrooms...who runs out of mushrooms?? Lighting is depressing. Staff is usually super nice though. Feel like it's a corporate issue.

This place stresses me out. If you want a coupon, you have to scan the QR code. When you scan the QR code, you don't get the money taken off. That's the whole point of a coupon. Why even bother? Oh! You need the app. I downloaded the app, and it still doesn't work. The employees are nice but can't help you. It's the whole system. I'd give more stars if not for the flawed system. That's what is broken.Digital coupons are a joke, and I understand technology. Those poor souls that don't have a smart phone or don't get how it works are doomed to pay the inflated price right off the bat. This is wrong on many levels

The entire company sucks. They sell stuff online that they don't have in stock, instacart drivers are the worst, and their customer service is third-world quality.

The store is fine, but entering from the dirty druggie-infested front sidewalk is not. I've contacted Homeless Outreach about this; we'll see if they can help.

I sincerely implore everyone not to come here since this store will tow your car in a predatory way. I was a regular patron but no more. I parked at their lot at 9:45 p.m. on a Saturday night and came back shortly at 11 p.m. And my car was towed and gone. Very predatory towing behavior. The towing company (Rescue Towing) Smart&Final chose to be in business with is a crook. They overcharged and towed vehicles incorrectly to cause damages regularly (See their review on Yelp). There are other horrendous reviews of smart&final customers getting towed on Rescue Towing's Yelp page. Thank you smart & final for choosing to go to the extreme when your entire parking lot was not even half full on a late Saturday night. Thank you for using a crooked towing service for an overcharged $380 towing bill and damages on my car.

Selection is great most of the other locations always are stocked well with great products and prices. This location is lacking a few not so great staff compared to Coronado, Tierrasanta and Point Loma locations there customer service is always great. Very unprofessional staff here and rude employee that I will not name but most likely managers are already aware.

Prices are the same as Ralph’s. Only good thing about the place is the convenience. Customer service is non-existent, although it’s understandable why.Do better, management.
