Deanne gave up personalized service and walked both of us through each step of our mattress journey. Was very helpful and took her time to go over a lot of information. I personally recommend this location

I would give 0 stars.The manager of the Carmel Mountain store, Dee (if that's even her real name), is rude, unfriendly and spoke in a very condescending tone to me. When I purchased my bed, 2 years ago, they never told me it should be put on casters because it is so heavy it cannot be moved. I need to paint and the bed needs moving. I called the store and the want to charge $250.00 for a service call. Unbelievable!! I will never buy another bed from any sleep number store!

Since this was the 3rd bed we bought, buying the bed was a breeze. The salesman got a delivery date for us and I stressed ad nauseum that it had to be a pm delivery, which is what he requested. So when we got the message about the delivery, it was for 8-11 A.M.! So I called the delivery # & they begrudgingly said they would tell the men to make us their last delivery. Nope! They came 1st thing this morning when we weren't avail. So I called their # & got the runaround about "they" don't schedule the times, only the date & she didn't know who delivers the beds. What?!? So now we're rescheduled, but again, she can't guarantee a pm delivery.If they don't come in the pm next time we will cancel this sale & go with a different brand. The ball is in your court, Sleep Number!

We came 10 minutes before closing, bob still greeted me and my family with a positive attitude! Showed us different options/features To helping us choose the perfect mattress in our price range, thank you bob!

Is just an over priced air mattress and their 30 day money back is a lie. They first tell that you need the base for their air mattress. Then once you try to return their camping air mattress they say your stuck with their base that only works for their mattress and your stuck with their 1,199.00 base that only works for their mattresses. Don't fall for their sleezeey sales pitch lies!

Honestly, the worst experience ever. I've walked into the store for the first time in my life without knowing anything. I think that's a normal situation, right? Sales person Bill guided me through different options they've had. He showed me one of the options asking me to lay down on one of them"firm" mattresses. I wasn't satisfied with option 1 which was normal, I didn't think it was firm at all. I could feel Bill became upset because I didn't think it was firm. So, he starts using remote control which made me confused, so I've asked if all the mattresses are remote controlled. He said yes like "****** isn't it obvious?". The whole situation felt uncomfortable. I said this still doesn't feel firm, so we moved to the other mattress which supposedly was firmer. Other mattress did feel more firm, but still not to my satisfaction. The other representative pointed to one of the mattresses to be shown, but Bill said that we already saw it. That was also strange because there was only 3 people in the store including me, Bill and other representative. Then Bill goes: "I don't think we can meet your expectations. We didn't get a chance to see the whole functionality of that mattress. I go: " I thought we did." Bill says: "Yes, we did. Other stores offer 2 days delivery." I go: "I don't care about timeframe, I have the whole month." We ended up Bill being super upset about not being able to satisfy the client. Too bad, Bill. We are all going through something every day, I get it, but your attitude was extremely unfair to the customer.

Do you remember that scene in Pretty Woman, where Julia Roberts enters a high end store and isn’t helped by the snooty saleswomen who laugh at her, because they don’t think she can afford anything in the store? I received the exact same experience here. The first thing I was told was how much the cheapest mattress cost, when I didn’t even ask and was just trying to enjoy the experience that the displays were meant to offer, while shopping for a mattress. I’m not a sensitive person, but this was a very awkward and off-putting experience for both my boyfriend and I.

Amazing customer service. We were greeted by Samaa and she was just fantastic and very helpful gave us a lot of good advice. We have had sleep number bed for many years and are very happy with it.
