DO NOT USE THIS company. Seriously. I think they changed their name because of all the bad reviews. They are now One Ring Network and horrible. Please visit OneRingNetwork to see my full review of the active company. I paid them over 7K to meet a 2 year contract for crap service. They lied to me and took me out of 18mbs when they were only 6 for 3x the price. They want to bill me for July, when I canceled and asked them to turn off service. I requested to disconnect on 7/1 and they ran me around then turned it off finally 7/15 and still trying to not only bill me for the july month for 299 they sent me to collections for 5K. Run. Fast.

I had Leo come to do my install today. The job required a lot more than both of us bargained for and he was here for 3 hours running new lines above and underneath my apartment building to make my internet run like lightening! Faster than it ever has in the 3 years I have been here, due to the wonky installations by DTV and more over the years. He was so nice and polite. And the internet now runs blazing fast!!! KUDOS to Leo!!!

The technician came and setup was swift and easy. I really wish Skyriver Communications would sell wireless routers because it's highly likely the router from your last non Skyriver Communications residence won't do justice to the speeds offered by Skyriver Communications. They do refer you to an article about recommended routers which helps.

Luis is an awesome technician and really helped me. This is the second time he has come out to my home. He is courteous, patient, professional and kind. I highly recommend him and Skyriver Communications.

I recently used Skyriver Communications to upgrade my satellite TV service and high-speed internet connection. I must commend Luis Amezcua. Luis was patient and thorough when explaining the different types of services and equipment available. For me, the jury is still out as to the actual speed of the Internet connection. But one thing is for sure: Luis was terrific in helping me decide on the type of service and equipment to get and also in coordinating with the technical support staff for me.
