Bought some SR Axtell shoes from Skechers. Shoes started ripping after only 1 month on both sides of each shoe where they naturally bend when you walk. Reached out to customer support and they said I could mail my shoes in for inspection which could take up to 4 weeks and if they don’t deem it an issue with the shoe then they won’t replace or return the shoes. Spend your money with a different company. Paid 90$ for shoes that rip after 1 month. Skechers must only stay in business by overcharging for cheap quality and not taking care of customers.

Loved the customer service at this store. Couldn’t ask the name of the sales guy but he was really helpful and patiently got me bunch of shoe sizes to try, and answered all my questions. Definitely a very good experience. ?

Horrible!!!
Stopped in the store to price steel-toed shoes, for my year old steel-toed shoes were starting to fall apart. I started getting spammed and harassed via email, google app, email every day for more than a week.
I did purchase new steel-toed shoes and got my digital receipt. And still getting spammed and harassed to buy shoes.
STOP HARASSING & SPAMMING ME.
