I don't understand why Google is taking too long to evaluate my Google review, so I am going to post what I've written here. To whom it may concern, I'm writing to express my disappointment about being possibly bullied by one of Sin Lee's cashiers yesterday. I reported a different incident about another cashier calling me a homosexual last time. I feel as if my concerns are not being taken seriously. I am a cisgendered heterosexual, but one of your cashiers called me "miss." I understand that mistakes happen, but it's important to address people by their preferred pronouns. Misgendering individuals can be hurtful and disrespectful. Also, I am troubled by the toxic environment that seems to exist in your store. I've been verbally attacked by multiple customers and employees while simply minding my own business. I'm not from around City Heights, but I'm getting the impression that toxic culture is the norm. People have been aggressively verbally attacking me at many of the businesses that I've been to in City Heights. I get called names like chet (a derogatory word for Chinese), bong (homosexual), co (miss), etc. Therefore, I would like to request that you retrain your employees on proper pronoun usage. Decorum like addressing people according to the proper protocol and other etiquette should be enforced at Sin Lee Market to create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers. Manners, politeness, and kindness are essential to improving society. I hope Sin Lee's customer service improves to enhance the customer's shopping experience. David

Great selection of Asian spices, sauces, curries, meats, and vegetables. The prices are reasonable and less than most other Asian markets. The aisles are narrow in order to pack everything into the small store. The checkout line is long, but moved quickly. Parking is very limited, so side streets are your best bet.

Sin Lee Food is one of my go to stores when I need ingredients for Thai and Vietnamese recipes. They always have great price that; seem to be lower than other asian markets around town. Parking is limited but not big deal.

SEAWEED & VIETNAMESE FOCUSEDSan Diego has a plethora of ethnic centered stores. This store caters to the Vietnamese community. I usually purchase seaweed here for sushi. My goodness the prices are low and the seaweed is really good. Mostly half sheets that can be cut.Customer service is good although most times they have no idea what you're asking.NEED TO KNOWFree parkingFree street and street metered parkingWheelchair accessible ramp, though wheelchair shopping indoors could be a little tight

Good store to get a bunch of Asian stuff, it's mostly all Asian items with a little bit of other stuff in there. A good selection of drinks and some snacks, it's mostly food spices and sauces and food items. The prices are pretty good too, the only problem is that it sometimes feels cramped in some isles but other than that it's good

The good: This is the best place for the cheapest price liquor. I've been coming here for the longest time to buy good quality liquor at wholesale price. They are a wholesale market that has produce, alcohol, and free-range chicken. Everything in here is at a great price. You can get literally everything Vietnamese that you might need here. I come here for all my ingredients from spices to sauce and produce. I am not a fan of their meat but their poultry is the best in San Diego. There chickens are free range and come locally from Chino California. Parking can be rough here so be prepared to park on the streets. But it's totally worth it to drive down here for the liquor and the free range chicken

To whom it may concern,I visited Sin Lee today to talk to the manager about a cashier's unacceptable behavior. I hope whoever is in charge of the store will take steps to ensure all customers get treated with respect and dignity unless the customer's behavior is undignified of course. Thank you for getting in touch with me.Vince

Bustling Vietnamese/Asian supermarket. Excellent produce. I go for the Vietnamese Chinese mixed red pepper powder. Very savory and not too spicy. Very good prices. Parking can be hard to find. The lines can be long but they move pretty fast. Always excellent service.
