I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for such an amazing job, that Miron, Gary and Kendra did during the process of helping me to export my 2020 Ram truck from JAX to Santo Domingo.
I was afraid at first, because it was my first time doing this type of transfer; however and thanks to their help and their expertise, everything was so easy, fast and smooth. They made it even more easier than what I was expecting.

Your service was very good but do not recommend Mr. Johnny Archialla in Guatemala. Sent the truck from Houston to Guatemala is been 10 days and the truck still not released. Paperwork was not ready plus now he is asking for more money.

Needed to get a car moved from So Cal to Poland. Contacted Ship Overseas as well as many others and Gary came back with the most competitive price as well as accommodating us by allowing us to put personal items in the vehicle. We emailed back and forth asking questions and Gary answered them all. Overall a fairly painless and pleasant experience moving a car and belongings. Definitely recommend Gary at Ship Overseas if you need a car moved.

I am going to try them again the second time. On the first try they lost my car keys. The car I shipped from USA to Ghana was delivered without the keys. They asked me to contact the carrier who couldn't help me either. Had to go and cut a new key in order to drive my car. But at least the vehicle got to Ghana in a timely manner without any deficiencies so I will give them another chance.

Dig deeper on trust pilot, etc. before using these guys. The day after the payment clears they emailed me stating they made a mistake and the freight will be about $1600 more. I told them to cancel and refund the money. Gary has the gull to say it will be a $200 cancellation fee. After a short exchange how it's going to go, he acts like he's doing me a favor but refunding the whole amount. Here is the catch, they will mail you a check that may take 2 weeks......
Mistakes happen, but I hate the attitude and the sleeziness.
Update, I was refunded every cent not because you said "sorry, our fault" it was because I would not let you weasel your way of charging me a cancelation fee, and called you out on your nonsense. Besides, the attitude how you respond to feedback is the better deterrent than the user feedback itself

I was recommended to this company by my friend for overseas vehicle shipping for a military PCS. Im genuinely trying to figure out what Gary’s issue is and I see he’s had negative reviews before. I was trying to ship my vehicle from California to Bahrain. I submitted a request for two quotes because I thought the other one didn’t go through. One came up for $2600 and another for $5800 but I’m fairly certain I did both the same. I contacted ship overseas just to inquire where I may have possibly went wrong and what is the correct price and all I got from Gary was there is no service to Bahrain from California. Then why offer it on your site then? If there is currently no service then when is the next one or is it gone for good? Like if I’m trying to do business you then at least provide some future guidance or something at least rather than you just don’t do it when it’s clearly listed on the site. Why generate the quote and send it to me from California to Bahrain if you don’t provide services for it? What was the point of that?
