I went to this facility for a dermatology treatment that required multiple visits a week. When I asked about coverage they called my insurance and said it is covered 100%. When I got to the Dr. office I asked about a co-pay and they said it was not required. When I saw the Dr. I was charged a copay and paid at that time. So I proceeded with the treatment only to get a $500 bill. They have assumed zero responsibility for their part and they seriously don't care. Won't even discuss it. I even offered to pay half to clear it up and they sent me to collections. I have no issue paying bills, I have an issue with companies like this who are unethical. After being in San Diego for 34 years I have discovered Sharp. Wow, what a major difference. They are kind on the phone, their MD's are available by phone and their technology is superior.

I recently had two test procedures done at Shiley. The staff were great friendly & caring .I could not speak highly enough about them. I had 3 people come into my space within 6 feet wearing masks .( I was also wearing a mask) I asked one nurse when last they were tested for Covid I was told that really a good while ago and that Scripps did not have enough test kits. One hears that masks are not nearly the complete answer and I must say I was somewhat uncomfortable. I wonder what is the official policy of Scripps is in this regard.

Great gym with friendly staff and members. Plenty of parking in a beautiful location overlooking the Torrey Pines golf course and the Pacific. Facilities are super clean and the gym has a full array of free weights and Technogym branded equipment.

The cardiac rehab medical staff are experienced specialists, passionate and just amazing ladies. The facilities, heart monitoring and exercise equipment state of the art. Low key environment.

This is a wonderful little gym. It is frequented by an older crowd and hospital employees so everyone is quite respectful. In other words, no meatheads here. This gym is relatively small, yet still has most of the essential equipment. Being as it is so small, it can feel a bit crowded around 5 pm, but the crowd here pales in comparison to the one you would find at an LA fitness or 24 hour fitness around the same time. The stretching area doubles as the space where they host the spin classes, so during these times, one must stretch either near the weight stack or outside. This is perhaps the only downside to this gym. There is also a pool here with about 5 lanes (also, no jacuzzi here). This also tends to fill up during rush hour. The locker rooms are basic (no sauna, no steam) but always remain clean and stocked with fresh linen and paper towels.

I love it here...BUT I didn't like the fact that I was told not to use the Kinesis wall to do my daily routine I have been doing for the past year. Yes there was a class going on but I wasn't in their way or they in mine, the lady told me I had to stop and continue later. So today I asked her as she saw me walking towards it, right away she told me: you have 15 minutes to get your workout done

mens locker room needs painting. door to shower rusting out. mold to start soon. rugs need cleaning. staff advised numerous times.
