Ordered several paints to be picked up a different day. They had everything that for Frazee paints. I also had some trial paints for before they accepted without any questions. The service was wonderful, while ordering they applied current coupons without even a question. Felt like a great value for what I paid for. Excellent staff.

Ridiculous! HORRIBLE!!! No service at all. I needed tondrop off 3 cans of paint for matching (several gallons). Didn't need them right away. But the staff is so slow and inefficient (and ineffective) that I stood there for 50 mins while they hated people ahead of me, with no regard for 5 of us standing waiting for help. They even took a phone order I stead of help the people there. I'll find another location for this and all of my other business.

Easy to park in lot. They have so many color options and quality paint. The staff is very helpful and they will mix colors to match samples you bring in to the best of their ability. They also offer paint supplies and little paint kits. Great place to quickly pick up what you need.

Recently SW had their Color To Go sample quarts available again (they were really low on paint post pandemic and had temporarily stopped sample paints). These are inexpensive, around $9, for any color in a semi-gloss, for the purpose of testing on your walls. They are fantastic and have already helped me kick out a few colors that looked good on a swatch but not so much on the wall. It really helps to paint it on in the designated environment. Today I went in to get a color match of a bit of paint I had left in a can from over 9 years ago. It still had the label specs but I was so impressed the guy who made up the paint (and another guy who he conferred with) actually spot tested the new paint vs the old paint, comparing and contrasting, and adjusting the new paint to exactly match the old. They spent a good amount of time doing this, all just for one quart of paint. Granted, I will be using it for touching up a wall, so it needs to match very well, but I am grateful that they took the time to make sure it was really well matched. This is fantastic customer service.

Assistant manager Richard has no paint knowledge or customer service skills. Kayla the manager isn’t much better. I would advise not to use this location for any of your painting needs. Very unprofessional customer experience. Sherwin Williams lost us as a long time customer & would give them a zero if I could.

I had a good experience at this store when the previous manager, Deena, was there. I can't say the same for the new manager. As a homeowner doing some renovations I have purchased several gallons of paint from this particular store in Carmel Valley. Recently I went to reuse some of the paint and all the cans & lids were rusty, even though they have been stored indoors. The remaining paint in the cans is no longer usable as they are filled with rust chips. As I was standing in line the person behind me, a professional painter, said he had 10 cans that were the same. I brought in another can of paint from a different company to show them that other cans don't do the same thing. what they told me was they would give me a new (empty) can and I could strain it myself. Are you kidding me. Very poor customer service by Sherwin Williams.. supposedly it is their company policy no strain paint. Unlike other paint stores (Benjamin Moore) I've been to in the past. Bottom line, it isn't the stores fault but don't buy Sherwin Williams paint unless you plan on using the whole can... the rest will go to waste and at $60 a gallon that's no right. Back to Benjamin Moore for me.

We recently moved to the area and working on renovating our condo. Haley, the assistant store manager, has been accommodating in our DIY paint journey. From paint color recommendations (bc there are 30 types of whites) to application suggestions, she's our go-to person for advice. Highly recommend ??
