Buying paint from Sherwin-Williams is a whole different experience than the Home Depot down the road. It's knowing that my paint will hold up better to the stresses of children, pets, bringing bulky shopping home, and bright sunlight. It's not just about changing the color on the walls, it's about having it continue to look good as you continue with your life.

What an amazing counter person! I had Tina at the Convoy store wait on me today. She was amazing in her knowledge of their paint products. I oversee a team of Hotel engineers and we used the best paint products I used a product called Duration Home and was pleased with the one coat coverage and low odor. I highly recommend this store because Tina is brilliant and very attentive to her customers. Great to see someone with her passion!

Awful paint spent all day painting brand new front and back doors. Sold me some waterproof paint that peels off like a $.99 cucumber mask. Been looking at it every days, have to redo, such a waste. Their staff is lazy, not helpful and completely unknowledgeable about paint/painting. Got refund, of course, but that didn't get my Saturday back or the next day I have to spend to redo them both again! The location is scary, filthy and lots of transient people hanging around. Employees and managers even, smoking while working just outside the front door...Go to Home Depot they know so much more, lesson learned.
