Very rarely do they answer the phone in a timely manner if at all. If they're this busy not to answer the phone, THE OWNER NEEDS to hire somebody to answer it for you, stop being cheap and hire extra personnel or answer the phone. We all need jobs, we all have a job to do... don't waste our time with inefficiency.

I thought the first time was mishap. Happened the second time. I won't do business with companies who do not show the decency to care about the very basic things. Needless to say I took my services to elsewhere.

Just called them and talked to a girl with no knowledge of finishes. Waste of time. Attitude at the phone at a well known place. She refused to say more than we only provide finishes for kitchen cabinets. Sad.
Place in Phoenix is a 100% more professional than this one and they actually are very technical about finishes.
