Very unreliable.. supposed to be 24/7 yet the doors are locked all hours of the morning. Or need yo gore better AM shift staff. I usually go around 5am-6am and it's a 50/50 chance the doors are locked. I just went at 7am and there was 5 people waiting outside plus a vendor with a load. The doors were locked.
I'll find a new morning place to go

worst service , most pumps not working , No paper towel outside , no napkins inside , cashier with bad attitude playing video game on his phone, don't bother asking him for service ! I gave up on this station !

Negligent service ! If the place is closed it should be listed as such. Don't trust it's posted hours of operation .

Tons of open pumps, and it felt like a pretty safe area during the middle of the day. They also have a car wash.

They charge way more money for gas & then proceed to deny your Apple Pay, ask you 5x for your card & then proceed to ask you a bunch of questions on sloth speed before you can pump. I asked for a receipt b/c other people were saying they’ll charge you more. The pump was of course out of paper & the attendant said he couldn’t help me. Sketchy as hell.

The worst! Something is always wrong with the payment at the island option. Then you have to go in and pay the cashier. No thanks!

Don’t go here. One of their pumps charged 100$ for a $45 amount of gas. I made the mistake of not going in for a receipt when the machine ran out of paper. I didn’t think nothing of it at the time. I call a day later to ask them what’s up and they said that they can’t retrieve receipts from the day before and when I was asking for a little more clarification on why it would charge me $100, the woman on the phone just hung up on me. I guess she didn’t know either XD.

Came here about 3 weeks ago and after spending my time to put in my rewards info and credit card info the pump (#14) just stayed on $0. I went inside and the woman I encountered stated "yeah, it does not work". Wtf. Why didn't you put a sign on the pump to say this fact that you knew about?!?Yesterday I went back in the mid morning and coincidentally (habit) pulled up to this same pump. Put all my info in and again the same thing happened. I went inside and the same woman stated "it was fixed a few weeks ago - it says you are pumping". I told her it was not pumping and she then stated "you need to stick it in all the way" - seriously - I know how to pump gas and when I told her it was not working she was rude and could care less to even look at me. I told her again that it was showing $0 and then she told me to come look at the screen at the register and their was an error code flashing on that pump. Huh?!? You just told me it was working and to stick it in and now your showing me an error code. Whoever owns this station should get their s*** in order and fix the pump and teach the staff to put signs on pumps that don't work and tell the employees to stop acting stupid like the pump is actually working. She should have walked outside and checked it out and put a sign on the pump while I was there. I wonder how many other people wasted their time because the owner of this station was too lazy to put a sign up. I blame the owner not the minimum wage worker who is clearly not trained by the owner or corporate or whoever manages the stations.

I had broken down on the interstate 15 but got the vehicle up to the Shell. Had to leave it there and did so with the attendants permission leaving my phone number in case there was a problem. Well the manager had the vehicle towed without so much as a phone call. Be cautious and I would not leave your car there. They must be getting a kick back on the tow because two days into it the tow bill was $522.00. I will have to take them to court to get my car back. They are not there to help for sure.

I wish I could give zero stars. Not a single pump working for me tonight. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Getting gas should not take a half an hour!!!

An employee tried shorting my friend and I 15$ at 11:30 because she thought I was drunk on December 11th 2021 and she was so rude and inconsiderate I'll be going back to pay her a visit. Never go here after dark I hope she rots in hell

The car wash literally sprayed my car with water and then nothing. When I said something to the cashier he said that’s what it does and I can file a complaint. And handed me a paper.
