Wow! I came in to use your 24hr carwash. The guy that was working the register on Sunday was pretty rude. He said “it’s down don’t you see the cones”??? (with a rude demeanor). I came in thru the backend I did not see the cones. As customers we can’t guess when things are down until we come in. I was a regular customer, not anymore.

Every time I come here at different times of the day, when Donald is working the register he can't provide service because he says he's starting his shift and is setting up so he can't help.He has customers waiting and takes his sweet time regardless!!! He has no regard for customers time.I've been forced to go to another location farther from my house to avoid this issue.

They tried to make an online purchase of over $100 between 2 or 3 in the afternoon. I went to the car wash and they didn't swipe my card so I got out of the car to pay with cash. I've been putting gas at that station for years. They contacted me about the bank to inform me of the attempted fraud

BE CAREFUL BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS!!! Went in here thinking it would be a good idea to break my $100. WRONG!!!! I went in putting $20 on #9 not even thinking to check it before putting it in my pocket immediately after I realized something felt wrong with the amount of change I received. When I started counting I soon realized the lady who was there only handed me $60 back. Now correct me if I'm wrong but 100-20 = 80. So I went back to inform her that the change I received was incorrect. She said "no I gave you $80" and continued to try to make me feel stupid. She then handed me a card and said she couldn't do anything about it and to call the number. So then I did and we realized that it was the same lady who had handed me the wrong amount of change. When asked if we could check security footage they refused and said they weren't "qualified" to do so i asked if I could speak to the manager and they said that the manager would be back at 6-7 am. So now it is august 12 this just happened I will be calling I will be getting my money back I will be seeing that footage and I will sue if I don't get what belongs to me. This is not okay!!! You cannot be stealing from young costumers just because we're young doesn't mean we're stupid come on! I am disappointed never have I ever experienced this kind of disrespect in my life.

I'm extremely disappointed in this shell and the employees attitudes in helping their customers. I was here for 20 minutes just trying to get a car wash, I had to walk back and forth from my parked car in the car wash entrance to the inside of the car wash. The machine was not working and each time I went in the older bald man at the cashier kept saying it was working and shaking his head and making faces like he was annoyed he had to do anything. Car wash doesn't work and the workers did were not helpful and had bad attitudes and made faces when we were trying to pay for a simple five dollar car wash. We ended up leaving with no refund. Would NEVER recommend this shell solely based on the horrible costumer service and inconvenience.

Terrible ...absolutely terrible customer service. Even though they're the most expensive gas station around I still stop by almost daily to gas up before hitting the freeway. Today I needed air in my tires and the cashier refused to turn the air compressor on unless I got gas first. Lol last time I'll ever stop here again.

Carwash sucks a*** Damn blowers always blow the soap from the person behind you all over your car. What's the point when you gotta go and wash it again or leave the soap and ruin your paint smdh. Machine should make the next person wait until drying is complete for the car in front.

First pulling into this gas you can but notice how modern and well kept this gas is, the place is immaculate. The pump bays are roomy with plenty of room for large trucks and fifth wheels. But the gas prices...OMG!!!. Some of the highest l found for this area. 3.89 per gal. for reg. gas paying cash. I made sure I got just enough gas to find a more reasonable priced gas station. Again, the gas station is modern, big and has a 7-11 onsite but in my opinion the gas prices are too high. I am only going to give a rating of 3 stars.
