The fact that they can't work you in for a sooner appointment, although dates and times are flexible for the patient is very disappointing. You are better off going to another pharmacy if your plan allows it.

There is one functional person working at this place. Your success will depend on whether this one guy is working or not. The rest of the staff will run you around, have you calling your doctor's office for insurance pre-authorization and medication dosage verification. They have had my insurance pre-authorization for Humeria since last Friday. CVS actually sent them proof of pre-authorization and CVS contacted my doctor's office to let them know insurance company pre-authorization was sent. It is now Thursday the following week. These are the facts and nothing more. Horrible for anyone that is truly sick, like me. My guess is that no one has received proper training on the job. Good luck. And pray you don't have anything out of the normal happen because there is no way these people can figure it out and adapt.

Everyone at this pharmacy has been so kind and accommodating. Paula was wonderful at my appointment to learn how to use the medication.
