Horrible experience with OBGyn Dr. Gayatri Ravindra Chhatre. She called me well over an hour and 20 mins before our scheduled Telehealth appointment as I was just getting home from work, then proceeds to tell me we need to have the apt at that time because she was free then. Luckily I had just gotten off work, however she then seemed annoyed because I needed a moment to get in my apt (didn't want neighbors hearing personal health info) and began to proceed to tell me I would "have a hard time getting pregnant" just like that-due to my arcuate uterus- even though an arcuate uterus has been shown to not effect pregnancy or being able to get pregnant. She then starts to tell me my FSH is high but wouldn't go into detail about specifics when I asked for more info to help explain. She just said "no, I can't it's just going to be hard for you" with a sneer. Honestly maybe she was having a bad day- which I understand. However as physician you have a fiduciary responsibility to the patient to be professional, and provide the best care. Her calling me over an hour before my appointment because she had time to "knock it out" because it was convenient for her, then threatening if I didn't accept the apt then "I may have to wait longer and she wouldn't be able to keep the scheduled appointment time" isn't and a doctors time-management issues shouldn't be put on the patient. Especially when we wait months for these appointments and on a whim she's threatening to not be available? Isn't that why doctors get paid well- to manage their time? In addition her telling me some bs lie about an arcuate uterus? Honestly it was so upsetting and discouraging-it seemed she just wanted to be difficult and wouldn't offer any referrals to another office to help explain/interpret the FSH numbers, except the nightmare fertility office that sharp recommends with horrible reviews. She just seemed to be getting more annoyed with the more questions I asked. It's obvious patient care isn't her priority and she seemed very much to be ego driven, and just bad energy overall. This is not a combination you want in an OBGyn when you are in a vulnerable position and starting your fertility journey. Your physician should be on your side and want the best for you. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone I care about.

The location and doctor is at family practice located near the hospital. The female doctor assigned to us lacks compassion and empathy She truly doesn't represent the Sharps commercial as advertised. The doctor seems to lack experience in dealing with complex medical issues. She referred us to emergency and upon arrival at emergency we were placed in a room were a previous patient urinated in the bed and my family member sat in someone else's urine and was given a pad to sit on for the cat ride home because his pants were soaked by someone else's urinE left on the bed. We were treated like it was no big deal about the urine and charged full emergency charges for this service and no apology for condaminating us with someone else's germs. She doesn't seem to care to followup or check to see how it's going with the treatment she has prescribed. The service thus far has been us to be proactive with our care so we don't fall thru the cracks in the system

I have w wonderful doctors which is the only reason I stay. it is virtually impossible to schedule appointments. they are months out. for example I am a heart patient I had open heart surgery in may 21 my cardiologist wanted to run some tests due to having chest pain it took almost 3 months to get the tests. its great medical care if you can get in to see a doctor. I have been with them over 10 years it was not like this until honestly covid. For example today I had a telemedicine appointment that was scheduled 4 months ago and the MD never showed up. But if I did not show up they would be quick to charge a no show fee.

My test results are available, but because my Dr was out of town they wouldn't release my medical record to me. Now I have spend a holiday weekend wondering about the results.

My son went into the ER with severe chest pain. They told him he had fluid in his lung and to take Tylenol. He had to leave for NY the next day and he ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. SHARP SUX. We had a family member at Sharp with brain surgery (he was there brain dead) and his surgeon was the worst. So happy to know that surgeon is no longer there. THE WORST PLACE.

This review is for Dr Stacy Coleman. She is absolutely fabulous. I've tried so many doctors. She's the first one I have found that actually takes time to listen and address my concerns.

Very pleased with the care I have received from all the Rees-Stealy facilities. Customer service is good, wait times are minimal for scheduled visits. My attending Dr Dembitsky always takes time to listen and to explain. He includes me in treatment plans. Staff at all the locations are polite and helpful. I have no complaints.

My ct scan appointment for june 4, 2022 was cancelled by radiology. Booked this apptment May 3 and they said reason for cancel is no radiologist for that day. Totally irritated and disappointed . Was told via e mail my new apptment is June 27, I cant believe a large health care provider has no contingency / back up in case somebody in radioloy dept becomes unavailable. Totally disgusted.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sartor for several years now. When I moved to Sharp because my company provided insurance did not offer Scripps and my previous Doctor, I did so with some reticence. The concern I had was brushed away on our first meeting. Dr. Sartor is personable, caring, proactive and knowledgeable. Consider this a ringing endorsement

This review is for a purpose of expression our dissatisfaction to Dr. Gonzales' medication decision making with a potential to cause patient's harm rather than improving patient's health status. On 27 Oct 2021, Dr. Gonzales has seen my husband for a routine follow up visit. During the visit, Dr. Gonzales has replaced Lipitor 40 mg po qd with Crestor 20 mg po qd for treatment of "hyperlipidemia". Dr. Gonzales has explained a reason for switching Lipitor to Crestor as "Lipitor was associated with dementia." However, Dr. Gonzales was fully aware that my husband had just been diagnosed of dementia with an abnormally high CK 295 unit/L (26 Oct 2021) associated with a long-term use of Lipitor on 15 July 2021. At the time of switching medication, LDL was 100 mg/dL, superb for a 70-year-old man without known cardiovascular risk factor or family history of premature death associated with cardiovascular disease. After taking Crestor prescribed by Dr. Gonzales, the CK level was increased to 827 unit/L on 2 March 2022 and the ALT has changed from normal 35 unit/L on 26 October 2021 to high abnormal 56 unit/L on 2 March 2022. Moreover, Crestor has been pulled from markets by FDA due to its notorious side effect of rhabdomyolysis, leading to acute renal failure and death at the time of prescribing. In our view, Dr. Gonzales has failed to weigh risks (dementia, rhabdomyolysis, renal failure, and death) and benefits (normal LDL for patient's age) for his patient. We were extremely disappointed with how Dr. Gonzales has treated his patient in this case. Written by wife of the patient.

read about medical racism but had never witnessed it until your horrible company did what you did to me. I should have had a breathing machine weeks ago. I call and no one has even put in for my machine. I told your office I have not been able to sleep and I almost crashed just trying to get my kids to school. You provider said they were gong to rush it and they did nothing. No one put in for my machine. I called in tears today because I have not slept in 4-days. They did nothing for me made me fill out an application and said I would get it in 7 days. You are a horrible company.

No one ever answers the phone!!! Not the lab number, the doctors offices, rescheduling. It takes hours of hold. This is a hospital! How can no ever answer. They want you to use follow my health app I get it they become lazy and want to save money by not hiring as many people. But the app doesn't cover everything and sometimes you just need to talk to a person for questions. I went in for my first appointment with a nurse practitioner Brittany Raymond and she gaslighted me/didn't help me at all. Went to another gyno and found out my issue within 5 min of talking. Also when the first nurse came in she told me NP Raymond wouldn't have time to talk about all my problems. Why the hell am I making an appointment than? Why would they take my appointment if they are super backed up in time? When my conditions took literally 1 min to explain. I also asked to get a ultrasound for my chest. I made an appointment with labs wrote in down in my calendar after speaking on the phone with the address...I go in and they say there was no appointment in their system for me! Go figure it seems like a mess. The guy in the office also tried to schedule a urine test again when I had it done that same day. The communication is so messy there. Never again I promise you not worth it. Go somewhere else.

TLDR: If you want to see a group of well-organized conpeople, then go here. They will not tell you what their services cost when you ask, so you keep going until the bill comes due and will not budge on errors they made, but instead try to gaslight you into thinking it was your fault. My experience aligns with other people who have referenced feeling forced into an HMO-type pay structure. Then when you move to PPO, they will not tell you what the services cost. I called to change my insurance as soon as I got it a week before my Physical Therapy appointment. It took six tries after that to get it to stick. Unfortunately, my new insurance is a PPO, so I had to pay out of pocket. The receptionists did not know how much I owed. The billing department could not tell me how much I owed... after several hours, a department called revenue told me what I owed. And it's a lot. Upon being told this, I asked for forgiveness for their error, and they refused and gave me the runaround. Something is not right about this. Everyone spoke highly of their Patient and & Community Liason (which the bar was pretty low due to how no one was getting back to me or could give me a straight answer.) After getting off the phone with him, it was clear he had the hospital's interests in mind. He proceeded to tell me that I should have known what I owed... This is where I knew it was time to move on to other options. Clearly, I need to seek other options. Currently talking to health Insurance and doing more research into CA consumer law. I really hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I don't think rating this ER one star does it's justice. My sister sat in the ER waiting room for hours in pain while surrounded by people throwing up blood and vomit in the bathroom without anyone cleaning it up. She waited 3 hours for DR. Stephan's Beckham to tell her to just go home, after she called ahead to make sure they could do an MRI on her knee. DR. Stephens Beckham was very unprofessional and rude my sister was crying in pain and he didn't even bat an eye. The only person that was truly helpful was the man at the front with some tattoos. He realized my sister was having a panic attack and got her a heated blanket and some tissues to calm her down. If you are looking for a good ER sadly this isn't ur place you will be dismissed and you won't be cared for. Hit up a Walgreens maybe you will have a better chance at feeling better than coming here. :(.
