Love the boards but the guys at the shop and factory ( not the founder or heads of company just front of store) are EXTREMELY RUDE. went in looking for a board that said was in stock and then I proceeded to get asked if I I even surf and if I know what I’m talking about. Customer service needs work.

Marcio put together two custom boards with my company's logo for a conference. The boards were spectacular and a huge hit. I also surf a Sharp Eye and couldn't ask for a nicer board.

Pros: Excellent boards, excellent prices. Good guys, knowledgeable, and care about getting you a nice ride. Marcio does a great job of helping you size your board for your ability, style, and size. Plus, they keep your dimensions on hand so you can just tweak them a little on your next board based on what you liked and didn't like.
Cons: Sometimes don't call when you board is ready, so you have to keep in touch. Also, it's good to call ahead before you show up because sometimes Marcio is out or busy when you want to talk about a board.
