Sephora at Carmel Mountain has very good customer service. The store is well-organized, with lots of products, and is clean. It looks like the people enjoy working there; they are happy, and it is palpable. It is one of my favorite Sephora stores to go to.

One of the best skincare shopping experiences I’ve had. Michelle was very knowledgeable in skincare and matching me to foundation. All staff was nice and super helpful.
