A cart was available which was a huge help moving my stuff from my car to the unit.”

“Sean and Lydia made this so easy! She answered everything over the phone and helped me get setup same day which was totally painless and done in like 10 min online, if that!
Sean then made sure he was around late in the day so I could drive over quickly and finalize everything, because I was impatient and wanted to get the whole process done TODAY. What a guy!
He then took me on a full tour, was extremely polite the whole time, and went above and beyond for me in numerous ways to make sure I felt at home.
Facility was clean throughout, and pro tip: if you setup autopay you get later hour access than basically anywhere else I could find which is a huge plus.
10/10 experience so far and I’m only a day in! Thank you Sean and Lydia!”

“Mike is great! This is the best storage experience I have had. Usually they are pretty awful. Mike helped me and stayed in touch with me throughout this process. I’ve been here for 4+ years and it’s clean. No rodents. Only issue is, like all storage unit companies, they raise the rents often. So don’t plan on leaving items for a long time.”

Desmond dropped off my storage box this morning . He was so kind and patient. . He was on time and he patiently worked with me on finding the best place to put the storage box to allow for parking our car and still being able to access the box, while also insuring it was placed where my HOA and my neighbors wouldn’t be bothered by it. .
I have used another storage company prior and can honestly say Big Box is by far the best choice . It’s convenient, their customer service is exemplary. You are able to access you box or boxes at home ( and the delivery and pick up is priced very reasonably). From the customer service in the office to their drivers, all of them go above and beyond to help you. Desmond is a perfect example of the companies dedication to the happiness of their customers.”
