I do like coming here every now and then for the free samples. Heather and Kassandra are my two favorite employees as they're very sweet and offer wonderful customer service. However, I had a not so pleasant encounter with Evelyn although before I'm sure I had a good experience with her just like the others. There was a customer ordering things and I wasn't so sure whether they were done with their transaction or not which Evelyn was handling. I wanted a free sample and shockingly, she condescendingly corrected me to the point where probably other customers in the store witnessed it due to her voice being a bit loud. Mind you, I'm slightly differently abled and an overthinker so that was shaming and embarrassing for me. It made me feel guilty. I apologized to the customer if I was disrupting their process of checking out and they said I was fine which is good. Evelyn was then able to provide me a free sample but what she said just guilt tripped me.

Yvonne is extremely rude. Someone needs to check the cameras. This incident happened yesterday. My mom normally goes to the Carmel Mountain location & loves it there. But, we decided to go to this location (Balboa Ave), because it was close to my dad's work. Yvonne was immediately passive aggressive towards my mother. My mom needed more time to decide on what items she wanted, so we allowed for Yvonne to start assisting other customers behind us. She then helped 4 customers after us. Being extremely kind to each of them, and apologizing for the wait...(that "my mother" had caused)We waited patiently. Even when there was no customers left, Yvonne went to begin working on something else instead of assisting my mom. Even though it was clear my mom was ready.When my mom said that she was ready, Yvonne said in a tone "are you sure you don't need another minute? I was going to start working on something else since it didn't seem like you were ready". I had to walk out of the store. My mom sometimes has a hard time noticing when people are rude to her, and it hurts me when people are like this towards her especially in front of me.I waited for the transaction to be done and for my mom to walk out before coming back in and telling Yvonne that "my mom is a customer not an inconvenience" & that I didn't like how she treated my mom so poorly. She responded that she didn't realize she had treated her poorly. And I said it's very clear to me and my husband that you were very rude. And then I left.My mom asked what I said, I told her, and my mom said that she did realize Yvonne was being rude, and that she made sure to get a receipt to call and tell corporate that Yvonne wasn't very nice to her.Also, it was my birthday yesterday so Yvonne, please realize that how to treat people matters. My mom did nothing wrong. She asked questions and didn't know what she wanted right away. If that's a bad customer to you, you haven't had a bad customer before. My mom didn't deserve to be treated that way. No customer does, especially if they aren't rude. I hope no one ever is treated the way Yvonne treated my mom. Out of all the See's employees, Yvonne is the only one I have personally met who is so bitter rather than sweet.

See's Candies is a must stop when I'm in San Diego! Selection is awesome and candies are always fresh. Shout out to our server, Heather B, who made sure we were completely satisfied with our choices! There are many locations in SD-I'd suggest avoiding the airport kiosks!

This candy shop is America's finest. It is our go-to chocolate shop whenever we buy sweets. Amazing chocolates, candies, and brittle. Great place to purchase gift baskets, or to create your own. They also give out free samples of new product as well as original favorites.

When searching the address i saw a lot of reviews about Heather. When i got there i had the pleasant experience of getting to actually meet her. She truly deserves having as many good reviews as she does. She was THE MOST helpful sees associate i have ever met. She gave truly wonderful service and had a great personality! I will definitely be spending more time at the gym due to my experience today and my many future experiences to come. Thank you Heather!

I got a little gift for someone who was kind to me. Sees is always appreciated! The sales associate asked, "Would you like dark or milk chocolate?" I replied something crunchy! She gave me a piece of candy I've never had before! Crunchy with peanutbutter!!

I usually go to a different See's location, but this will be my new go to See's location all due to Heather. She was the sweetest when helping me. She was very kind and patient with me when building my box. My overall experience was beyond pleasant. It reminded me of when I was a kid and my mother would take me to See's Candies in South San Francisco and she would let me pick out a chocolate and get my sample. Kudos to you guys for having someone like Heather that could spark such a fond memory of my childhood with my mom.

This sees candy is in a great location! It's very clean inside and the boxes of candy are really organized. I love the service, even when it's busy they will greet you. What I love is they always offer me a sample. I love to try new flavors. It feels very Christmassy inside. You can buy boxes by the pound or just a few pieces on chocolate for yourself. They have every flavor you could imagine
