I’ve been coming here for several years and honestly, worst customer service I have ever experienced and it’s getting worse every week. I just stood in the line (that they’ve changed 3 times in the last year) for 15 minutes waiting (not because they were busy but because they are working incredibly slow) while 3 randoms walked up and cut in front of everyone and everyone at the counter just took them as if I hadn’t been waiting. I looked around and everyone basically acted like it didn’t happen so I walked out. Called to tell the manager and goes “uh ok” and hung up. Just the least professional staff I’ve encountered at almost any business I’ve been to over the last few years. This is after spending a lot of money there on a weekly basis and them typically making a big deal out of using the line. Like grade school levels of poor customer service and the weeds not good enough to keep going back.

So I didn't even need to go to the store to be dissatisfied and disappointed. Believe the reviews. It's because of the reviews I called this place to be sure my order was able to be fulfilled. GUESS WHAT KIDS ? NOPE . I ordered 3 items all 3 not in stock, but directed me to a more expensive version. Not sure what kinda games this place is playing but I'm out, and you would be too. DONT BOTHER. what's even more hilarious is that they are opening up another location. They don't even have a grip on this one. I will not return

I went in looking for infused pre rolls they advertised. They were out of stock and the women working instead tried to force others on me that were double the price. She then rudely grabbed me a couple a couple of regular pre-rolls without asking me what strain I wanted. She didn't even look me in the eye after. As someone who works in customer service, we usually aren't extra rude when we're out of something that we're advertising. I only go to this place because it's in the same building as my gym but will never go back

I can't begin to say how nice this shop is, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always have a smile. If your looking a fast fun and friendly place look no further. Highly recommend this spot.

The amount of times I’ve walked out over the last few months due to low inventory issues is so ridiculous. On top of that, the website shows full availability for these products that are not in the store. This used to be the best store to go to and now it’s the worst. Figure it out.

Lord served me and was beyong helpful! The product I came in looking for was sold out, but he helped me find an alternative I ended up liking better! Customer service was 10/10. I’ve been going to this location for over 6 months, but he gave me the best experience I’ve had thus far. But no matter who helps you out, I’d highly recommend SDRC!

I always tell people this is like the fast food of dispensaries. Legitimately the most convenient dispensary I have ever experienced.
